Pro-scalper practices in their store & lies to everyone saying it's not pro-scalper even though they aren't fooling anyone by requiring you to purchase in larger quantities. Non-scalpers don't need x5 copies of the Silent Hill Vinyls. They say it's a bug but we all know better.

The Konami Store makes Ticket Master look like a non-profit in comparison.

Yugioh karten bekommen alle mit fehldruck, kundenservice katastrophal.
Habe dafür 30€ bezahlt und man hat es leider nicht mehr da. Dann will er mir Decks anbieten die nur 5-6€ kosten und die ich schon besitze bringt mir nix. Zu keiner vernünftigen Lösung bereit, obwohl man einen Milliarden Umsatz macht.

Pietà! Ma come ca**o si fa a creare un gioco con questi principi di movimento nei giocatori, con queste barre di tiro/passaggio di cui non si capisce nulla! Fate ridere, matchmaking imbarazzante tra l’altro.
Tornate a fare gli anime incompetenti, di calcio non ci capite una mazza

Kein Wunder das "eFootball" tot ist! Das Gameplay ist langweilig & viel zu langsam, die Steuerung ist eine Katastrophe, genauso wie die Grafik! Außerdem gibt es viel zu wenig Modies. Leider eine riesige Enttäuschung!

Btw.: Meine Prognose ist, dass "eFootball" nie wieder mit FIFA in Konkurrenz treten wird & das ist sehr schade..

Metal Gear, Castlevania, Silent Hill, Konami nous a donné tant de chef d'oeuvre qu'il est douloureux de voir ses franchises être autant maltraitées.

La récente annonce au sujet de prochains jeux Silent Hill leur évite la pire note, mais le choix des studios externes s'occupant de ces jeux reste inquiétant.

Si ces jeux s'avèrent être bons et que Metal Gear et Castlevania reviennent un jour également sur le devant de la scène, ma note augmentera substantiellement.

Mit Abstand der schlechteste PES spiel Bzw. Fußball online spiel das ich je gesehen habe. Die Steuerung ist einfach nur schlecht und KI-Steuerung, Movement total versagt. Ich hab davor alle Teil seit 2014 gespielt und noch nie war ein Teil so schlecht entwickelt. Dazu fehlen Modi‘s wie der Coop-Modus und etc.
1-Stern ist schon ziemlich großzügig muss man sagen.

I made an order and it "shipped". I have received no shipping notice no tracking info. I sent 3 emails over 2 weeks and have received no response at all.
Never shopping there again.

Manco ho finito ad installarlo per quanto snervante possa essere anche soltanto farlo.
Crash del download ogni 3 minuti e velocità di download ai minimi storici, circa 40 minuti per scaricare 1Gb su 1.64Gb con una connessione internet stabile a 4Mb/s.
Veramente deludente, con tutti i soldi che hanno fossi in loro inizierei ad investire su qualche server buono.

My account was linked on my mobile and couldn't move it to pc. No one able to do a simple task in my point of view.

Absolutely worst customer service ever and their games are even more worse with hackers and glitches within the game. Worst company ever for making games.

Customer Service is a dying breed. Well, good customer service that is. In a world that has decided to be full digital and automated, giving crazy amounts of runaround to any help, we are left with scraps of info to help get us through a very cluttered and confusing digital age. zero's and ones are placed in such chaotic order that leaves me confused and terrified I will go to sleep still unsure if anything was done correct.

I have dealt with very confusing companies and websites but I have to say, Konami takes the cake. The run around for customer service is unbelievable and I sit here confuddled on what move to make next. I am fine not giving them my money honestly.
