Worst camera ever. Its blurry, a weird color over the picture. Customer care is lacking. Never got an answer neither is the problem solved.

Just bought a Kodak 'LED headlamp 150'.
It says on the package that it has a 3 year garantee which is nice, but the 3 years is only if the headlamp is 'in storage'. Really? Feels like false advertising.

Attention kodak vend des caméras et ensuite supprime des applications, exemple application Kodak sécurity a été supprimée et le service après-vente ne répond pas. Résultats trois caméras Kodak achetées qui ne servent à rien.

Issue with a gift of a PIXPRO WPZ2 which failed within days of first use, reported back in October, had to chase several times explaining why no proof of purchase available eventually told no repair or replacement would be offered. Not what you would expect from such a reputable company. Would not recommend Kodak or PIXPRO WPZ2

My F9 camera is broken and I can not get through to support.

The request form on their support bake is broken. I reached out to all mail addresses I could find, they can't help and refer me to the broken support page. No one can help with a product that I purchased on Amazon.

Amazon of course does not support either. So I am stuck with a broken camera and will probably never get reimbursed.

Lo mejor en cámaras fotográficas, muchos tenemos cámaras en nuestros celulares pero nunca se compararán a la experiencia y calidad de tomar una fotografía con una cámara, aún me encantan

Do not buy kodaq batteries absolutely rubbish! Brand new and they don't hardly even work in my TV remote delayed response. Off to buy Duracell!

Achat d’une imprimante photo qui tombe en panne sous garantie. Le service client me renvoie une imprimante…qui ne fonctionne pas (on me demandait de changer la cartouche, j’ai donc acheté deux cartouches neuves…toujours la même erreur). J’ai donc recontacté le service client qui m’a indiqué qu’un seul remplacement était possible et qu’ils ne feraient rien de plus…désormais plus aucun retour malgré une garantie toujours valable. Aucun contact possible par téléphone. A fuir!!!!

Produce great printers never had an issue

We bought a second hand digital press from Kodak UK a few years ago, they assured us it was a bargain at £80,000, just over 18 month later they refused to support (service) the machine any longer, rendering our investment totally useless, in fact I sold it for scrap value of £400 whilst still owing £60,000 on it.
They are like the Mafia to deal with, unapologetic, aggressive, not to be trusted. Will never ever use again obviously.

I use mini digital film & slide scanner. This scanner is great for hobbyists. At 14mp, tha scans won't look good larger than a 4x6 print, but it's all you need for a photo album or posting online.

Ellle se déconnecte souvent de l’application qui est assez basique. Achetée en juillet, l’imprimante a bloqué une feuille, elle est HS et bien que sous garantie non réparable. Kodak injoignable, aucun service client.

Wasted 40mins trying to get photos printed at a kiosk. Failed on all eight upload methods. Useless

Very poor quality. Battery lid snap does not scew in correctly.

Kodak Premium Puzzles are a disaster... Route66 1000 piece jigsaw puzzle I purchased... Pieces are not cut evenly... Never seen pieces misalign as badly as these... A lot of work to come away incomplete and frustrated...! Very disappointed...!

No stars!!! Their printer sucks and the pricing is way over the top when it takes hours to calibrate the print head. Please as a customer of convenience for putting up with it over the years, do not and I repeat do not waste your money!!!!!! They're useless and not worth your chump change to stay in business. When I asked for help on their product, I was advised to go look online and no longer offer help on their printer Kodak ESP 7 AIO! WOW!!!! It is your product PEOPLE!!!
