We've bought a few items from this company over the last couple of years and all of them have been excellent quality, delivered promptly. Recently, we did have an issue with one of the products and I can't fault the exemplarily service we received. Lucy is a customer service legend and I wouldn't shop anywhere else for hooks and knobs!

Best buy for me as I only needed two small door knobs . Most site I went on was either multiple pack or packs of 4 or 8 . Knobbles & Bobbles had such a wide variety to choose from & all really unusual designs . Picked to beautiful flower & beaded design. We wanted a strap for a hand bag as per the photo shown. What we received was a metre of the strap without the fittings. We emailed the company pointing out that the photo of the product showed a complete unit with fittings. We suggested that this was misrepresentation. They responded and said that this had never come up before and removed the photo. No offer of compensation, or fittings. Very disappointed with their response. If they had offered the fittings at a reduced price, we would have considered this, but they didn’t. Not impressed with their lack of customer service.

The ceramic knobs in two sizes are lovely and well-made. They arrived promptly and will look great on my dresser.

I did enquire whether the bolts supplied could be shortened by the company but they unfortunately do not offer this service or a choice of bolt lengths. I will have to shorten them myself, so have checked online how to do this. Hopefully I will succeed and they will eventually look good on my dresser.
