Ordered at lunch on Tuesday and had my order delivered on Thursday morning. Super quick and easy, packaging was great! Reading the rest of the comments it seems issues are with returns which is a shame cos otherwise the prices are amazing and delivery is super fast!

Need a refund or response? Forget it
I returned one item from an order two weeks ago and am still waiting for a refund. I have contacted their support email but not getting a response. Doesn’t appear to be a phone number. I can see the item was delivered back on the tracking. Terrible customer service. Will NEVER buy from them again. 😡😡😡

They won't give me a refund despite acknowledging they've received my returned item. Can't get hold of anyone and they just fob me off on the web chat saying I have to wait another 72 hours. Awful service - AVOID AVOID AVOID

Awful experience
Awful experience, placed an order 4 weeks ago and started taking payment from me via Klarna straight away. 3 weeks later nothing received, been ignored by customer services for 5 days now with no reply, nobody seems to be bothered that they’ve taken money off me for a product that hasn’t been delivered and no information as to if or when I will get the product or a refund.

My boyfriend purchased items via the UK…
My boyfriend purchased items via the UK site but billing address in the US. They don’t fit but can’t return via portal as it doesn’t support US addresses. After initial response requesting more information from the support email address, I’ve followed up 6 times in 2 months with zero response. Just wanted to return ill fitting gifts and repurchase in correct size. Please can someone at knickerbox respond to me!

Horrendous company
Horrendous company. Ordered on 28th December, no email confirmation from them. Contacted customer services 10 days later who found my order and gave me the order number. Tried tracking on their website and there's no such order associated with either of my email addresses. Emailed CS yesterday and no response today. Avoid at all costs.
