They ignore emails

I am extremely frustrated with the complete lack of accountability from this company, as they have consistently ignored every email I have sent regarding my account. Despite my clear requests for a refund, they have failed to return my money. This utter disregard for customer communication combined with the ongoing financial charges is unacceptable. I am left with no choice but to flag these transactions as fraudulent since the company refuses to acknowledge my messages or stop the recurring billing.

I wrote to them on 5th March, 8th March, 9th March, 12th March, 14th March, 16th March, 23rd March and today, however they have not responded to any of my emails, nor have they provided me with a refund, as they failed to add my products to google shop. I have all copies of my emails sent.

Our team replied to every contact received from you, including those referenced in your review, but received no reply to any follow-ups. Responses and follow-up messages were sent on: March 6, 7, 10, 11, 12, 13, 15, 17, 19, 23, 24, 25, 27, 29, and April 12.

On March 23, you requested a cancellation and refund. Within that conversation, it was confirmed your request had been received along with the expected timeline. Our standard processing time is 10 working days — in your case the refund was completed within 2. Regarding recurring billing, we have no record of any charges beyond your initial purchase, which has since been fully refunded.

Update: When a member of our team attempted to contact you a short time ago, the message was immediately flagged in our system as a hard bounce — meaning it was rejected as undeliverable by your email provider. This likely explains why none of our previous replies reached you; your email domain has been rejecting our messages. This is not something visible to us until a delivery attempt is made and the bounce notification is returned. We have reattempted to send the message via an alternative route.

It has never worked for me and trying to cancel the monthly subscription is like a joke- they are deliberately making it as hard as possible- telling me how to delete data, cancel a campaign but never cancelling the monthly subscription. Stay away- it feels like a scam.

Regarding your statement that the service “never worked,” we want to clarify that the campaign on your account was approved and actively running. We also do not have any record of issues, errors, or concerns being reported to our Support team prior to your cancellation request. If something was not working as expected, we would have been happy to review and address it had we been made aware.

With respect to cancellation, the monthly subscription cannot be cancelled while any active campaigns remain on the account. This is why our team initially provided instructions on how to identify and cancel active services within the Kliken App. At the time of your request, one campaign was still active, which prevented the subscription cancellation from being completed.

Once that campaign was identified, our team cancelled it on your behalf and then processed the cancellation of the monthly subscription. There was no intention to make the process difficult, nor do we benefit from delaying or preventing cancellations.

We want to be clear that Kliken is not a scam. Subscription and campaign management is handled within the app so customers retain full control of their services.

Your subscription has now been fully cancelled, and no further charges will occur.

Funktioniert nicht bei digitalen Produkten

Ich habe über den Ecwid App-Markt das Google Ads Abo von Kliken gebucht. Leider verlief die Nutzung sehr unzufriedenstellend:
Nach der Bezahlung teilte mir Kliken mit, dass es ein "Problem" mit meinem Shop gebe (der Shop wird professionell über einen Dienstleister erstellt und funktioniert reibungslos!).
Eine Lösung konnte nicht angeboten werden, stattdessen wurde ich aufgefordert, mein Google Merchant Center Konto zu überarbeiten.
Das ist jedoch nicht möglich, da Kliken das Konto selbst angelegt hat und ich keinerlei Zugangsdaten erhalten habe.
Somit konnte ich mich nicht einloggen, keine Korrekturen vornehmen und die Leistung nicht nutzen.
Die Kontaktaufnahme zum Unternehmen war nicht zielführend. Ich wurde z.B. aufgefordert, die Überschriften meiner Artikel zu ändern, vielleicht liege es ja daran. Der Chat wurde irgendwann von Kliken einfach beendet ohne Lösung!

Tatsächlich entstehen derartige Probleme mit Google Ads bei Shops, die digitale Dienstleistungen (bei mir: Strickanleitungen als Download) anbieten - Google Ads sind für physische Produkte ausgerichtet. Das musste ich aber selber herausfinden, Kliken meldet sich nicht mehr.

Natürlich habe ich das Abo sofort gekündigt und Ecwid darauf aufmerksam gemacht, dass die Kooperation mit Kliken insbesondere für digitale Produkte (wie in meinem Shop Strickanleitungen als PDF) nicht funktioniert. Diese Problematik sollte klarer kommuniziert werden, um Missverständnisse und Frustrationen zu vermeiden.

Account Setup
A Google Merchant Center account was successfully created on your behalf. The message you received was not a disapproval but a URL claiming conflict — Google detected that your website was already connected to another Merchant Center account. This is a resolvable step, and access to the Merchant Center can be provided on request.

“Missing Link to Ad Words” Notification
We acknowledge this message was confusing, especially when shown alongside the claiming notice. Importantly, it does not prevent campaigns from running. Our product team is already updating notifications to avoid such confusion in the future.

Escalation and Support
The issue was already escalated for human review when the cancellation request was submitted, after about 15 minutes of engagement. The chat was not ended without action; the escalation process was in motion. The last message in the process was a refund request, by you, and the chat presented the “Refund Request Ticket” step. Our team also followed up directly (given it had been escalated) to provide clarification on what the issues were and how they could be resolved. We recognized your continued request for cancellation and refund.

Digital Products
Google applies stricter policies to digital downloads, but these campaigns can and do run when properly configured. This is not a limitation of Kliken, but a matter of Google’s review standards, mainly targeted at e-books, software licenses, etc.

Kliken manages thousands of campaigns successfully, and when issues occur they are addressed through escalation paths such as the one already underway here. We apologize for the confusion — this appears to have been a miscommunication, as the case was already escalated and assigned for resolution.

We just cancelled our subscription. What a crock! Never saw not one ad in the shopping section. They trick you into using their merchant center vs your own. Everytime we signed up for something, they made an excuse as to why we can't use our own merchant center.

It’s very common not to personally see your own Shopping ads. Google decides when and where ads appear based on many factors, and if you’ve already interacted with your own site or products, it often won’t show you the ads again. Google prioritizes reaching new potential buyers rather than repeatedly showing ads to the business owner.

If your campaigns were limited to Google Product Listings, these placements are designed to show dynamically in the Shopping tab to relevant shoppers. Advertisers themselves may not see their own listings, but this does not mean they are not running.

When creating your first campaign, you can either connect your existing Google Merchant Center account or create a new one through our system. This option is an explicit step in the onboarding process. There is no trickery occurring here, but we're happy to provide feedback to our product team on ensuring the commentary on the page leaves no room for confusion.

Each customer has a single central account, which may contain multiple campaigns. All campaigns are connected to one Merchant Center and Ads Account. The description of “signing up multiple times” doesn’t reflect how the system actually works, so we're uncertain if you signed up for 1 account (and multiple products), or multiple accounts - which would certainly cause issues in the overall usage of the platform.

Once campaigns are live, transferring to a different Merchant Center requires complex manual migration, which is why it’s not generally recommended.

Scam and not as advertised

Advertised that they can connect to your google merchant centre, but they refuse to. They advertise: "Get a new Google Merchant Center Account or link to your existing one in less than 10 minutes". They provided me with a code into insert into my website but provided incorrect information with invalid links on how to do this. I had to research myself on how to do this. I was finally able to insert their code into my website but even then, it still would not work. You cannot get clicks until you set it up correctly. This was never completed. Before I deleted the app from my Wix/ECWID website, I saw that there no clicks. When I requested a refund, they showed me a doctored generic chart showing 160 clicks which was fraudulent. I had to cancel my credit card to avoid future charges and lodge a dispute with my bank which is still pending. Poor customer service who do not answer your questions and seem to be AI bot. I do not recommend this service. It has cost me hundreds of dollars.

Bunch of unscruplous cheats who respond by a BOT pretending to be live person. Saying that subscription is cancelled and then you are charged again and they say oh yes you have to go to WIX to cancel it- which is another story.
Promised 150 clicks for $100 per month. Charged 160 for two months for less than 150 clicks.Stay away

My Google Merchant Center was suspended…

My Google Merchant Center was suspended and tried to contact Kliken to advise what is the major issue, I sent emails and emails but no body replied to my questions.
They are busy sending marketing emails only, not solving problems. Its frustrating to work with these people, I wish I did not pay for the shopping ads through them. My ticket number is #13008801.
Right now my account is on suspension and Kliken is no where to offer any advise or solution, I'm stuck right now.

Zero customer service

Used to be good but the customer service is so poor now. When things change or go wrong with campaigns (which happens), you can no longer get support. I have a ticket open for 3 weeks without any response (732366300). They also spend budget in inappropriate ways, for example spending shopping campaign budget on search ads.

Our team reached out to you on June 5, 2025 - and subsequently a number of times after but have not received a reply.

While we absolutely understand the frustration, we do feel it is important to note that in the ticket you were referring to as being open for three weeks was not the case. Your original request on April 28 was replied to on May 1, and again on May 5 as there had been no reply. On May 7 you contacted us stating that the ticket had been resolved, but references a 2nd ticket - which we have no record of in our system. While you did follow up three weeks later on June 2, the only ticket we could identify at that point was a 2nd ticket which was submitted on May 28th, which was well after your earlier note on May 7. While we apologize for not following up with you regarding the fact we could not see a 2nd ticket at that time - our team then responded on June 5, June 10 and June 13 after which we closed the ticket as we had not received a reply.

As we noted in the reply, we are not spending the budget inappropriately. The campaign which is running is a Google Performance Max campaign. PMax is designed to automatically allocate budget across all of Google’s inventory—including Search, Display, YouTube, and more—based on where the algorithm sees the best performance. If Search performs well, it will naturally receive more budget. If not, Google will adjust its spend accordingly. While this provides optimization flexibility, it does remove manual control over placement types.

This has been a terrible experience

This has been a terrible experience! They are so quick to charge money and ask me everyday how the service is yet produce ZERO results and offer no tangible help. Every time I had an error with my store, a link would say "Click here to see why" or "click here to learn how to fix errors" or whatever they said, yet not a single one of these links even work! Just takes me to a page saying "sorry, this page doesn't exist. I mentioned it to a person I was talking to and they just said, "yeah, those don't work" And they still don't!? Over a month later?? Not hard to link pages! They have a broken service they are charging for and it should be illegal. And looking through my account now I see google has disapproved my products, after approving them, which took a month with no help from Kliken. And so they and Google takes my money, but then disapproves everything on my store a week or 2 later with no explanation and no help from either of them on how to fix these mystery errors?? AFTER THEY WERE APPROVED!!! Makes no sense! This has actually been the worst marketing experience I've ever had! I want a full refund!

This was due to a transition to a new support platform, and while our development team has been actively working to restore and rebuild those resources, it clearly impacted your ability to resolve issues quickly. Second, regarding the delays you experienced early on: your campaign required intervention on multiple fronts to meet Google’s eligibility requirements — including correcting a missing website verification tag and configuring valid shipping settings. These are requirements set by Google, not Kliken, and we worked closely with you to resolve them as quickly as possible. We also escalated the issues to Google support multiple times on your behalf to help move things forward.

Once your campaign went live, we understand the disappointment with performance. However, it’s important to note that the campaign only ran for a short period. Google’s own systems recommend allowing up to 30 days for their machine learning models to optimize delivery and targeting. Ending the campaign early unfortunately prevents this learning period from completing, which can significantly limit results.

Additionally, some of your products were later disapproved by Google due to broken product links. This was not something Kliken controls — Google automatically reviews listings and may flag or disapprove items if the landing pages cannot be accessed. We were not made aware of this development until your review, and we would have gladly helped troubleshoot the product URLs if contacted.

Lastly, our support team provided you with suggestions on how to improve performance by refining your campaign goals, targeting strategy, and product focus — but we didn’t receive a response to those messages.

The team has processed a refund for the unused campaign spend associated with your account today. Based on our review, it looks like your campaign would likely be able to be successfully appealed with regards to the broken link issue. No Support and Completely Disorganized

I encountered an urgent issue with the shipping feed that could cause (and has caused) account suspensions. I opened multiple support tickets over several days.

No response. Zero support. No regard for the seriousness of the issue.

It’s unacceptable that a service like Kliken, which is supposed to manage critical advertising operations, would ignore urgent requests, putting accounts and investments at risk.

If you’re looking for a reliable and responsive partner, look elsewhere. Their customer service is completely absent, and their handling of issues is careless at best.

Strongly not recommended.

My campaigns are stuck since almost 1 week and the customer care ignores me

It has been nearly a week since my campaigns have been on hold without any explanation, and unfortunately, I haven't received any response from customer support. I currently have two open tickets with Kliken (362346 and 362347), but so far, no one has addressed them. This situation is frustrating, especially considering I have five campaigns totaling 2500 EUR that aren't running. I would greatly appreciate prompt attention to this matter, as the lack of communication has been disappointing. I hope to see a resolution soon.

BEWARE

BEWARE! Unauthorized Access to Merchant Center Account!
I had a deeply alarming experience with Kliken, a company linked to Concentrix and Webhelp—both notorious for their terrible reputations (just check Trustpilot: Concentrix has a shocking 1.2/5 from 157 reviews, while Kliken barely fares better at 1.7/5). My personal experience only confirms how untrustworthy this company is.

Without my knowledge or consent, someone from Kliken’s team attempted to gain admin access to my Google Merchant Center account. To my disbelief, I discovered that a person with the email gladys.pocot@(their domain) and name Jamera had been granted admin privileges on my account. This was completely unauthorized—especially since I had already uninstalled their app from my Ecwid store and explicitly stated that I did not want their involvement.

After noticing the unauthorized access, I revoked their permissions immediately—but I had to do this five times to secure my account. The issue only stopped when I threatened to report them to Ecwid (which I did by filing a formal claim—let's see how Ecwid handles this situation).

In addition to contacting Ecwid, I reported the issue to Google and reached out to Kliken for an explanation. Shockingly, their response was not to resolve the problem but to attempt accessing my Merchant Center account again!

To make matters worse, hundreds of my product links were affected. Their system applied their domain to my product links, which caused them to be rejected by Google. This directly impacted my business and led me to the decision to stop using their services entirely.

Even after securing my account, I noticed suspicious activity and that many of my product listings were being removed or going down without explanation. This raises serious concerns about how Kliken operates and what they are doing with the access they gain to users' accounts.

I have since sent them a formal GDPR request demanding the deletion of all my personal and business data, the revocation of any access to my Google Ads or Merchant Center accounts, and written confirmation of compliance. If they fail to act, I will escalate this matter to the appropriate authorities.

Kliken is far from trustworthy. Their lack of transparency, poor communication, repeated unauthorized actions with my account, and the way their system damaged my product links make them a serious liability. I strongly urge others to stay far away from Kliken. Do not risk your accounts, your data, or your business with this unprofessional service.

Another Criminal Organization!

Nothing but another criminal organization pretending to be Google. They have no connection to Google.

We signed up for a campaign and then our credit card started to be used on different sites. We froze and cancelled our card.

The card was a virtual card assigned for our campaign with these criminals.

These people are criminals. I reported these fraudsters to the Attorney General in Florida.

Just look at the complaints against them!

In that we noted there seemed to have been a miscommunication due to conflicting messages received from Google regarding ad verification and suspension. We promptly raised a flag with Google to obtain the necessary clarifications to ensure the next steps taken create the best chance of resolving the issue.

Please note that your account requires advertiser verification before we can appeal the suspension imposed by Google for they have noted is a violation of their terms and conditions. This process is the same to that which would be required if you were a direct customer of Google, and is designed to protect the integrity of advertising practices, but can at times be a false positive result from their review team.

If you advertise directly with Google before you would know that you can set up adverts absolutely FREE. Google ask you to set up LIMIT and only charge your account if there was a click on your advert until the limit is reached.
Kliken TAKES money for ads and "the limit" BEFORE ANY CLICKS. In fact, Kliken DOES NOT DO any job, YOU DO!
Kliken commits to do NOTHING, but makes you to agree by pretending to act on behalf Google. Kliken HAS NO AGREEMENTS with GOOGLE!!!!
2. kliken is FISHING forb your personal information
Kliken pretends to be you by OVERTAKING your Google account. All the information on Google provided by you, but your account CONTROLLED by Kliken.
3. BREAKS international Consumer Law.
You CANNOT cancel. Even if you realised that you have been scammed, Kliken will not return your money. There are NO CANCELLATION. Not immideate, not in 24 hours, not in 48 hours. Not at all. Instead there is YOUR COMMITMENT for Kliken to charge your account. Until you fill multiple forms, disconnection from Google Merchand Center, send multiple emails to Kliken so called customer Services, NOTHING will work.

Total scam and ECWID allows that. I'll report to all the possible UK authorities to try to stop it

Unfortunately, a number of your statements and claims are categorically incorrect.

There has been no scam. In fact, while you claim to have been having the issues with your Google campaigns, you subsequently purchased two additional Kliken Ads campaigns (which run on a separately platform to Google). And in order to purchase these, you had to complete the checkout process which clearly and transparently stated what would occur once purchased.

As a premier partner of Google, our relationship is officially recognized in Google's Partner Directory, evidence of our commitment to high-quality advertising services. This partnership is foundational to our operations and can be verified here: https://partnersdirectory.withgoogle.com/partners/1215821149.

Also, process of collecting marketing funds up front is an essential practice, given we execute the payments to Google on behalf of the customers. Because of this, when creating a campaign - it provides a transparent process by which customers can see the monthly budget they will spend, and fund the campaign, instead of waiting until the end of the month to see the charge. This is clearly stated upfront for full transparency with our clients.

The manual efforts you mentioned are related to the fact you have your own Google Merchant Center account. At the time of sign-up, you enter that ID in to allow us access. If you do not do this, we cannot provide any support. At times it does lead to a slightly longer onboarding process, but our success rate in providing support to customers who import their own MCAs is exceptionally high once the process is completed. Our help center articles extensively cover how to navigate these situations and the requirements involved.

As for our Support team replies - you submitted 11 different tickets through different channels in less than 36 hours. The submission of multiple support tickets on your part, which led to the creation of multiple customer records, prevents our system from being able to consolidate messages. As of this morning the team has been able to associate and assign and is working on refunding your campaigns.

However, it's crucial to note that our team has put considerable effort into manually addressing each of your concerns, despite these complications.

Regarding your comments on our cancellation policy, it is important to correct your misinformation: our cancellation process is immediate upon selection. Therefore, claims suggesting we do not offer such a policy are inaccurate. We take pride in ensuring our policies are both fair and transparent, aligned with international consumer law standards. Our terms of service clearly state that any campaigns that are active may remain active until the exhaustion of their budgets unless requested otherwise by the customer.

Misunderstandings can occur, but it is our hope to move forward by addressing any issues directly and effectively. For further assistance or to discuss any aspect of our service, our customer service team is readily available.

I am deeply disappointed with Kliken's…

I am deeply disappointed with Kliken's e-commerce campaign services. The campaigns have utterly failed, and an external consultation revealed an irreversible "Misrepresentation" error in my merchant center. Kliken's lack of transparency and poor communication have exacerbated the issue, leaving me in the dark until now.

This experience has severely diminished my trust in Kliken, and I advise others to seek more reliable digital marketing services.

I hope that, at least, they will process my refund request in ticket #332211 without delays.
