A brilliant service. They kept me very up to date with when the boxes were being picked up and delivered. They were also extremely easy to contact and quick to reply to emails and pick up calls. They were also extremely accommodating when I missed the delivery and were extremely helpful in sending the boxes back that day. Will definitely use them again! Patrick was especially helpful and understanding on the phone.

Really straightforward process. The company is really great at keeping you informed throughout. Ben who delivered my boxes was particularly helpful.

I had a good experience with Kit Keeper. I initially used 3 boxes but ended up having to use another 2 boxes on the collection day itself. Ben, the friendly and energetic driver, was swift to collect and move the boxes for me. He came back two hours later to collect the new boxes. Laura was also very helpful and efficient in editing my booking to account for the new boxes. Both of them deserve praise and tips. (Hope you see this, Mike :D)

A very helpful and efficient service, and I was informed every step of the way. I got replies/calls back straight away when I had questions and they even called after my boxes were collected to ask how everything went. Overall a very smooth service!

Very good service overall, everything went more or less according to plan, but one or two improvements could be made. I needed storage for my possessions for two weeks in-between tenancies, and as promised they collected and delivered the items in a very timely manner. I only have a few complaints, firstly, the website allowed me to book my items to be delivered on a Saturday, however I was later informed that they do not deliver on weekends. I also think it would be helpful to include a link to login to your customer dashboard since after you have logged out I couldn't see an obvious link to login again.
Something to keep in mind is that the largest provided box size is 46cm, the only larger storage option requires you to own a suitcase. (Useful option if you have one :') )

Used this service to keep some of stuff in storage for just over a week. Pretty expensive, but the actual boxes were well priced, delivery and redelivery (my driver was Ben) service were efficient and helpful. Unfortunately the website allowed me to book a weekend for delivery despite the courier service not operating on weekends. Unfortunately I caught this issue in time, but important to remember when booking on the website - an issue that should be amended.

First time using this company and I will be doing so again. So easy and very helpful, Ben who delivered our boxes was fantastic and the process of picking up and delivering the boxes was so easy! Would absolutely recommend them, especially for students.

Kit keeper was really great, the guy came right to my university block with a trolley to load my boxes even though there was limited road accessibility. The customer service was equally as good and continued to keep in contact with me and answer my concerns. Would definitely use again!!!

I am a simple person: that is clear. I enjoy to live my life, and I like my boxes delivered on time. Whilst I would love to give this company a better star rating, adoration doth not a star give! My tempestuous journey started with this fair company when they called me after I ordered one medium sized box, and they asked "Do you not want more, my liege?". Whilst some may enjoy the gentle prodding of their judgment, I for one knew what I wanted and found it a little perturbing. Was't a desire to help, or desire to line their pockets with gold? Yet I understand this is a subjective measure, like reading a thermometer's mercury with drunken vision! And yet whilst my companion had great service, and I would have commended the company more if that was all, my box was late, and I did not get an announcement until it occurred. This is all in tow, I would easily recommend this company but be warned that the timeframes are a little funkadacious, in lack of a better word. The difficulties with a five-star system are plain to see here, for I would have given a seven out of ten. Alas, alack! Fractions destroy my deepest desire!
