Visited the shop to look at pocket watches, then we ordered one online,it arrived within 2 days, great service, brilliant shop with fantastic range of gifts.

I ordered pewter cuff links of Viking long boats.
They were boxed beautifully and were of excellent quality.

Very fast delivery

I ordered a quaich from Amazon and when it arrived l saw from packaging that it came from Kilts Wi Hae. The quaich received was not the one ordered. Because l was pushed for time l contacted Kilts Wi Hae directly who seemed happy to deal with the problem without going through Amazon. I was asked to return the incorrect quaich then the correct one would be sent. I did this, including a note that originally, postage and packaging was free. This return was now costing me. I did then receive the correct quaich but it was dented. I rang again and was asked to email a picture. I emailed 3 but was asked to send more as the dent could not be seen. I then received an email stating that another quaich would be sent to me, could l then return the faulty one.
The 3rd quaich also had a slight dent, but in the spirit it being 'a hand crafted item' and with time running out, l chose to accept it. (I have since noted that the quaich is also slightly mis-shapen, not round.) When l returned the 2nd quaich l again included a note stating that these returns were costing me money which l would like to be refunded. I have received no acknowledgement to this after more than a week.

The welcome we receive as we stepped theough the door almost sold us before we even saw the stock! The customer service is the best you could wish for, the kilts and accessories are of the highest quality nothing was too much hassle. I wouldnt dream of even trying another kilt shop after our experience here. Lindsay really made our experience fun and so easy. Kilts wi hae are simply the best.

Kilts Wi Hae est une société écossaise sérieuse très réactive et à l'écoute de ses clients. La communication est parfaite et les conseils précieux et avisés. La livraison en France prend un peu de temps mais le numéro de suivi fait que l'on reçoit régulièrement des informations sur la livraison du colis. La ceinture de kilt, la boucle de ceinture et le kilt pin sont de qualité et complètent parfaitement mon kilt en tartan breton. Je recommande chaudement!!!
