I placed an order and two months later still have not received it. And have written emails for a refund and have not had any responses. They have very cute stuff, but don’t be fooled into buying something you will pay for but never receive.
This website is a TOTAL scam. Yes, it's cheap and the pictures look nice. However, this website sells overpriced clothes from China and the quality of the clothes are completely different from what is described on their website. I ordered $100+ in clothing from this website, but when the order finally came (1 month later), I took out the clothes and immediately put it back. I didn't even try them on! They charged me $25 for a see through blouse that had a button coming off and seams bursting on the side. Obviously I wanted a refund of the order. I contacted their Zendesk support email and there was a lot of back and forth. However, when the USPS tracking said that the order was delivered directly to a resident and there was still no refund, I thought it was odd. I ended up reaching out to them 4 more times, each time I reached out, the ticket was closed without a reply (this was 2 weeks after the package was delivered, and a total of 1 month after I started this return process). The only thing I found that I was smart about is that I purchased this order through PayPal. What I did next was reach out to PayPal and tell them the whole situation about what was happening and that the vendor is totally unresponsive and unprofessional. Originally PayPal denied my request because the address they've given PayPal does not match the address they've given me (1218 Culver Road, Rochester, NY, 14609)!! I reached out to PayPal once more and they've solved my issue by my providing proof of the above address is what was given to me, and the proof of tracking of the package to the provided address.
All in all, you can buy from this company (USE PAYPAL to protect yourself), but don't expect a refund.
I ordered 5 items (all of which had 5 star reviews, btw, but judging from the actual quality, I have a feeling they were fake reviews). I requested a return because they didn't fit right, to which they said they don't quite understand and to please send them pictures of the issue. Their request didn't make sense since I said it was a fit issue, so I let them know this appears to be a non-standard return request, but here are the pictures. After that they went radio silent. Two weeks later, despite emailing them every few days, still no response. Do not order from them!!
This website popped up on my Facebook advertising some cute clothing. I purchased two dresses. I received the dresses about three weeks later (they were delivered from China) and the items were complete knock offs of the ones shown in the picture. I regret not investigating this website before giving them my money because once you actually read their return policy on their site, it’s pretty clear they are not legit. I’m not even going to bother trying to get a return because from the sound of it, it sounds complicated. They want you to pay for the shipping back to China and even then I can’t trust that I’ll get a refund so no thanks, lesson learned. Do not shop on this website!
This company sent a dress with a hole in it and refused to return it. Strange fabric used for the clothes. Items looked nothing like the website. They demanded that I pay for postage and return it to China. NEVER AGAIN.
