Amazing customer service, when there was an issue with my figure (manufacturer issue not the Kikateks fault) they were amazing to deal with and understanding giving me advice on how to fix it or return it. When I returned it the refund was quick and they sent out the new figure I ordered super fast. Best company to buy Figures from by far.

First time using Kikatek after returning to the hobby after a 10 year break, and will definitely be using again. Great stock of items at a good price, and the item I ordered was well packaged and delivered quickly.

My first time building gunpla and kikatek gave me a great service. I love how the ui is set out and how easy it is to purchase gunpla or just search for whatever your little model heart desires. One thing I wish is that if there was a cheaper delivery option. It's more ideal buying in bulk beacuse of it. But great experience overall, would recommend.
