Had to give 1 star in order to leave review but wouldn’t actually give this company any stars. Their products are cheap quality and their customer service is non existent. I regret wasting my money on their products. I spent about £200 on a foam playground that arrived already tearing at the seams, emailed customer service on arrival in may with images of the poor quality items i recieved and didnt get a response, emailed again last month chasing it up but still no response. Weve now had it 2 months, and my baby has just turned 1 and not walking so other than being placed into the ball pit by an adult it has had little use yet we already have a broken zip and loose threads and holes from where its been poorly stitched. If i could attach images on here i would to show how poor it is

I have no complaints about the company. The Item is good quality, kids enjoy playing with this ball pit. I did some inquiry and it is shipped from Europe. I am surprised it is still being sold to the UK after Brexit. It just takes a few days longer to arrive. So if you in a hurry find something else instead. Customer Service is super nice. Paulina is very professional and had a lot of patience to answer all my questions. Just be mindful company doesn’t have a 24/7 customer service line.

A lovely company to have the pleasure of buying from. The ball bit is perfect & my little girl loves playing in it. Would definitley purchase again from them!

Wouldn't ever purchase from here again, bought a slide to go into my child's ball pit, it came broken, emailed they sent another it came broken in 3 places, was obviously a returns from another customer as had a toy gun in and the box was broken, screws missing, this company needs shutting down. DO NOT BUY

After reading reviews and ordering from another country I was a little apprehensive but I can honestly say I cannot fault at all, ordered as a christmas present and it arrived actually before due date so was super happy. Our 1 year old absolutely loves her ball pool set. Highly recommend. Especially when they're at this age and get bored fairly easy with toys.

Awful customer service. I had ordered a complete set around £180 and immediately after placing the order I had realised I purchased the wrong balls. I immediately emailed customer service to explain to which they had replied I was too late to change anything. It had already been dispatched. I had emailed straight away to change it. I then was told to send the parcel straight back. Baring in mind this was meant to be a Christmas present. The dates were too close to send back, get a refund and purchase the correct one in time for Christmas. All for colour of balls! The team did absolutely nothing to help at all!! Just advised on sending the item back. They weren’t interested nor worried that this could potentially be a Christmas present (and a huge one at that!) for a child. For a company this size to not even offer to exchange balls or even just send some more out after paying that price! I now have to refund the whole thing which I am obviously going to do and I shall be ordering else where. To me they have no interest in even trying to help here. As long as they reply within their time scale and send parcels out in their time scale that’s all that matters.

Absolutley excellent service. Ordered the item and paid by BACS, received an update promptly to say it has been received, communication was always good with updates of arrival and delivery times. Turn around was quick and the item is soft but sturdy! Thank you so much!

My little boy absolutely loves his ball pit it is one of his favourite toys he owns. Amazing quality. Covers are removable so easy to keep clean. Best quality play balls we have had.

The many ramps to climb helped my child get stronger. He loves the ball pool. And the colors of the balls are so pretty. Best investment.

Poor quality products for the price. Ball pit was mishapen and order was wrong. When this was raised we were asked for evidence of missing item. Not sure how you produce evidence of something that doesn't exist! Customer service not very helpful at all.

I treated my little one to a soft play set for her 1st birthday, the variety is great to choose from (even down to the colours of balls for the ball pit!). My order took a week to arrive to the UK and my first impression is the set is lovely - soft but firm and plenty big enough. The outer covering appears thin but stretchy, I am just hoping this will pass the test of time as these sets are not cheap to buy and I would like to see this last for a few years. I would (and likely will) order more from here again and recommend this brand to family and friends. Overall great product and great communication from the company too.

Ordered a pikler triangle from here, it arrived within the expected time frame, so no problems there. It is ok for the money but the end frame finish is a bit rough in places and the rungs were a nightmare to get tightened. Two of the bottom rungs the right hand screws still cannot tighten fully (the rungs themselves can it is just the external Allen key screws) and the circular recess on the inside surface of the frame that the rung sits in is a little large on one of those rungs, so it is sturdy and safe enough to use but a little rattly. Not worth returning it for as another one may be worse judging by other reviews, and we have already disposed of the packaging and my daughter has been playing on it, but a bit annoying nonetheless. Also unlike the more expensive pikler triangles offered elsewhere this one does not fold and it is definitely on the large side. So definitely consider if you have the space.

Fake website! Avoid! They take money and dont deliver products!!

Amazing all round, we had some problems (wasn’t kiddymoons fault) and instantly it got sorted by them and new parcel got sent out! the quality is amazing both my 1 year old and 4 year old love the ball pit and play!

We bought a tower and it's great. There was actually a few small problems with it, but customer services were really great to deal with and it was rectified satisfactorily. I would definitely buy another one!

Delivery is poor - took longer than specified and the quality isn’t great either. I’ve had it a week nearly and the fabric has stretched. Not worth the money

When I ordered it stated item would be delivered before the 2nd May. It’s now the 4th May, tracking says courier hasn’t received item & I’m going to be left with a birthday boy with no present tomorrow :( I have ordered previously & item was delivered quickly & in excellent condition.

I cant seem to get through on the phone just rings and rings, i orderd an iteam on 24th march and my tracking seems to not be working my sons birthday is next week and im starting to wonder if hes going to be left with no big present, i read the reviews qnd thought this company would be great but i now doubt im even going to receive does anybody have an actual number they have managed to get through and speak to someone please

I purchased a few things from here one had a slight fault ,after contacting kiddymoon the response was immediate and the item was replaced the best customer service i have ever come across
