Incredibly difficult to try and order anything on their website. Wanted to order a gift for a relative as unable to visit in these unprecedented times but couldn’t for a life of me manage to actually order anything properly. Website started asking me for my email when attempting to put a diffuser in my basket which made no sense. They definitely need to work on their website for sure
