Keysender was fantastic, simple, easy to learn. Fast contact with the owner, fast fixes if something went wrong. Just perfect. Some month ago, he sold it.... after that everything went down. They try to put in more and more useless features with the cost of stability and bugs! There are so many countless bugs, i gave up to contact the support about that. Oh Yeah, the support.... every single mail from them is like "Oh yeah its not our fault, it has to be something with ebay" Days later there is a message in Keysender "oh yeah on of our updates casued massive problems" Oh really? Today and the last days it is completly useless anymore. Because of another useless update they f.... up the whole system. So right now the only thing this platform has to do "import->send key" is not working at all. You have to manually insert every single order.... "Oh your car is not working, no problem!! You can push it by hand" Thats what they mailed to there customers..... ridiculous! Stay away.

Keysender is actually a GREAT solution for anyone wanting to sell digital products on ebay. It is VERY easy to use, very reliable and honestly fairly priced. I also like the fact that I have been using them for over 5 years now, it is very reassuring to know they are around for the long term. Using keysender means my ebay store is VERY large with more than 20000 products, but no physical inventory. Keysender is the ONLY reason i am able to run such a large store by myself and i cannot recommend it enough.
