Keys4U Locksmith Omdömen

For a Sunday night fantastic service, so delighted the company could come out quickly, help me, and a reasonable price with hardly any damages to my office door. Thank you so much for your help, much appreciated.

First class service. Very quick and helpful.

30 minute response. No fuss new lock in minutes. Arthur was very polite and explained what needed doing throughout

Quick response (20 minutes on a Sunday evening), quickly got me back into the flat, very professional. Exactly what I needed

When we requested an involved it took 5 phone call to get it done . Plus staff on the phone were very rude even claimed they we not that company . At the end of the call there was no goodbye or thank you they simply just hung up . The man who fixed the lock was plesant. Maybe teach phone staff to be the same ...many thanks

Excellent service prompt and professional would recommend to others

ILIE came very promptly to an emergency broken lock situation which he fixed expeditiously without the need for any new materials. Excellent service, highly commended!

Mike was awesome, very patient and explains everything clearly. Was fairly priced as well so I would 100% recommend his services.

Well I would give 5 stars for this service, because truthfully the locksmith was easy to arrange, and was on time,so I could not fault the service, easy to arrange, especially in a case of emergency, 100% cool, the only tiny thing is that the gentleman who attended my property, was clearly so busy that unfortunately he did not tidy up after the job was done so I had the task of picking up various sharp pieces of the old lock, which was a bit annoying, very fast worker, did check the locks and keys worked before he left, please be aware that the vat and prices for the labour and locks, are high,OK less than 200 to change a lock ,maybe more for if you lock yourself out, but this is an emergency service, so fair enough.

Ilie was on time and very helpful, i bought a smart lock for the first time and he even talked me through how to set up and use it. Very highly recommended!

Very quick service within half an hour and price quoted what I paid.

Needed a faulty lock sorting quickly for my elderly Mother.
Telephone answered straight away & promise of locksmith attending within the following 30 mins. I received a call as soon as locksmith arrived with details of what needed. Payment taken over phone on job completion. Couldn’t fault this company from start to finish & I would certainly recommend.
