Very pleasant on the phone. Accessible. Understanding. Endeavoured to find a solution as a team for me to take delivery of the vehicle at a port.

A sincere thank you to Charlie, and the entire team at Key2Lease. As always, they helped me secure a new car within my budget and expertly guided me through the leasing process, which I had very little knowledge of. They manage this process every time my lease ends, and I wouldn’t consider going anywhere else because I know I am in safe hands. It’s one less worry for me to handle. Once again, thank you, Key2Lease.

I was keen for our car to arrive asap so often sent paperwork back to Charlie within minutes of receiving it. Charlie kept up with me and worked through the process like lightening. He was really helpful and offered some great advice. I have already recommended Key2Lease to my friends. Thanks Charlie for all your help.

Charlie, was well informed interns of the cars and made some recommendations and needless to say when the car arrived he was right. Really impressed with my new Volkswagen Tiguan! Thanks Charlie. .

Both Charlie and Graham explained all that I needed to know at any time of asking! Always on hand and went into detail to help me with regards benefit in kind and choice of car and how this all affects me - great service!

This was my first time leasing a car and Charlie helped me from start to finish making the process run as smooth as possible! Charlie always made sure to keep me in the loop regarding the progress of the lease. Couldn’t have asked for a better experience

Dealt with Graham for years he really knows the market. Very happy with the car and more importantly the rental - would not hesitate to refer or use again.

Graham at Key2Lease is the best in the business. He is responsive, friendly, and knowledgeable about the industry. He helped arrange my new business lease for a high end car, and has advised on my existing (second) lease.

John made this a very straightforward process, answering all queries in a very timely manner.

I had an excellent experience with the service provided by Key2lease. In particular, I was thoroughly impressed with the service provided by Charlie.

Charlie was outstanding in keeping me informed about my application and the progress of my order. Their dedication to providing updates was truly appreciated.

I will certainly be recommending Key2lease to my friends and family in the future.

Super efficient and speedy service. Always willing to assist and always polite.
Thank you!

Charlie is very helpful. We are glad we chose them

Just wanted to say the service I received from Charlie was great! It took me a while to decide which option I was going for and he was very patient in explaining everything to me and providing the various choices

Charlie was excellent to deal with and provided me with all of the information that I needed. Communication was very good and everything went to plan with the delivery. The car is superb and I would highly recommend Key2lease.

I've had my new car a few weeks now and couldn’t be happier with the car and the service. Charlie Warrington was brilliant from start to finish — professional, helpful, and made the whole process really straightforward. I knew this would be the case having used Key 2 Lease in the past. Highly recommend, I won't go anywhere else!

Absolutely brilliant service!!
Charlie has helped me from start to finish always in contact to complete my purchase.
I couldn’t ask for a better service
Key2lease wasn’t who I had been looking at but once I contacted them they were very professional great service 👌

I came across Key 2 Lease via a lease comparison site initially. They were the cheapest offering and as such I reached out directly to them. I have dealt with Charlie Warrington throughout and the service I have received has been fantastic. Rather than just trying to supply a vehicle, Charlie went through the suitability and expectations I had of the vehicle and got to know a little more about my needs. From initial enquiry to delivery, I’ve been kept well updated and informed. Without any prompt I’ve had calls and emails to let me know the next stages and see if anything had changed for myself. The process from ordering to Delivery has been seamless, with Charlie on hand throughout. I’d highly recommend anyone reach out to Charlie & the team at Key2Lease when looking to acquire a new vehicle. Thanks again gentleman

From first contact Key2lease were very helpful, prompt with replies, helpful through the process and delivered what they said. They were able to give a slightly lower price than the comparison site. Kept with one point of contact which is helpful and Charlie Warrington was first rate. Would and have recommended them to other work colleges and friends.

Superb service ....kept informed throughout the process!
Very impressed

We recently sorted our business lease with Key2Lease & the experience was fantastic from start to finish. John & Charlie were incredibly helpful, ensuring everything was handled smoothly and efficiently. We highly recommend Key2Lease to anyone looking for a reliable and stress-free leasing experience.
