Avoid. Key code was correct. Key profile was correct. But on the wrong key. Tried to get incontact over a week as you just have an email no phone. Tried the online query form also. Dont trust this company. No customer service. Just a robber.

Ordered a replacement key for my motorbike. Just sent a photo and the key arrived in 2 days. Unfortunately didn't work but sent message and within 2 days a new working one arrived. Fantastic customer service

Poor customer services.

Poor description of item. Needed a key cut, searched the key code & ordered what I believed to be the correct key. Code2Keys supplied the key, but this was very different to the key I required.
I contacted Gary to explain this & that the website is misleading in my opinion. Gary has point blank to take any responsibility or give any partial refund. The communications ended with a passive aggressive emails from Gary.

Ordered the key - didn't fit (key too thick) - queried with Gary - very much a tough luck mate attitude - no solutions offered - avoid !

I needed a spare key for my motorcycle but local locksmiths said they couldn't cut one for me. I sent in my code and a few days later the key arrived in the post. It looked a little different from the original but works perfectly fine. Great service.

Ordered a numbered Sentry Key copy for a Firebox as a spare. Didn't check the new key straight away, two months later realised it doesn't work, completely different cuts, and can't get hold of 'Gary' despite online contact and email. Should have checked straight away but trusted it would work. Discovered the London address is a virtual one. I wouldn't use them again.

No key delivered. No replies to emails. This is a scammer of credit cards. Do not use. Been reported.

16th July 2024 - ordered a replacement barrel key - giving the correct code. It did not work. Have since 4th August 2024 being trying to secure a refund but no responses to repeated polite emails. Be wary of this kind of company - no phone number supplied either.
As of 20th October, despite repeated requests for a refund - no responses from this company. They are morally bankrupt - leave them well alone!

Returning customer. Just like last time, photo sent and key arrived at next possible post delivery. Excellent service, second to none. Highly recommended

Having mislaid both keys for my Ebike I ordered a replacement from Key2code using my Plus code card.
Ordered Thursday and received it this afternoon(Saturday) . Fits perfect no problems.
Excellent service and excellent product.

Excellent service. Keys were cut correctly and arrived in 3 days from order. A second order was placed with same results. Further advice was required and provided quickly and willingly even though a further purchase was not forthcoming.

original key number given 2 photos sent it took 2 weeks to deliver
the new keys were delivered with a completely different pattern (rubbish) I complained and asked for help no help was received. The customer service is non existent
I went to Timsons for key cutting, he cut my new key to open my vauxhall car doors, it took 5 minutes and cost £15, I had another one cut, to start the car and open the doors, which he put a chip inside for the mobilizer this cost £70 but this took 20 minutes

Needed a key for the ignition to a 50 year old motorcycle and ordered via the web page. The original key was unusual in a couple of details and the first key sent did not work but by supplying Gary with photos and an explanation of the differences a new key was sent the next day which fitted and worked . That's gotta be great service,

Interesting to see the polarised reviews here of other excellent or very bad, but my experience was perfect. I have a 1977 Yamaha and didn't have the code, I emailed and got a very fast response with link to the correct key and received my keys two days later, perfect with a plastic code card for any future replacement keys. A fast and reliable service for me with no issues.
