Kerseys Solicitors Omdömen

We couldn’t have asked for a better solicitor than Kerry for our first time home purchase, the service has been exceptional. Kerry was always happy to answer our questions, keeping us informed and getting back to us promptly from the beginning. Overall Kerry took away the stress often associated with a house purchase and made things straightforward for us. We are looking forward to dealing with Kerseys again when we sell and would highly recommend them if you need a conveyancer.

Second time using Kerseys for house purchase. This time for buying and selling. Brian was very helpful and went the extra mile helping us to complete on the day we asked for after complications with the mortgage offer.

I would definitely recommend Kersey's solicitors for helping to buy a property, particularly Edward Thomson who is really approachable to deal with. Edward was really helpful and patient throughout the whole process and dealt with my queries really thoroughly and above all ensured that I was not pressured into a timeline that did not work for my circumstances. Would definitely recommend them. Thank you again for helping to make it all possible!

I found the company to be very thorough, and they always got back to me promptly if I had any questions to be answered. The whole experience was very formal but a job well done. I would definitely recommend them to friends and family in the future, and would not hesitate to use them myself again.

Edward Thomson, dealt with the sale of two probate properties being sold through an auction house, a process I have never used. Edward was able to answer all my questions, ensuring the legal pack was ready for the auction and dealt with completion efficiently. Thank you

I found Kerseys on Google andafter reading the services on their website I decided to proceed with contact

Annalie handled my matter professionally, courteously and extremely timely. She was very friendly and well knowledged and made me feel at ease during a time where I felt very stressed.

I would not hesitate to use Kerseys again in the future should the need arise and would highly recommend them

Were very helpful throughout the experience

Very good service received from kerseys, thank you to Brian and his team, in particular exceptional service and fast responses and actions from his assistant Karen Skene!

Brian was brilliant through the whole process. Took a little longer than I first anticipated which led up to me finally moving 5 months after my offer was accepted both buying and selling.

I think there could of been a little bit more chasing when it came to chasing things up.

House Sale
The whole procedure went well. There weren't any problems or hiccups.
We will be buying in the New Year and are sure that the process will be repeated without a problem.

I recently bought and sold my property through Kerseys Solicitors. Brian was my solicitor, he is very professional and straightforward. My buyer solicitor asked many questions and requested to provide some documents like a FENSA certificate which I have not heard before and I did not have these documents but Brian replied and managed on behalf of myself. He also collected many important documents and information from my buyer which I have not asked. We were really pleased. I would recommend using Kersey Solicitors. They deserve 5 Star

I have great confidence in the integrity and decency of Jane Riley and Kerseys. Their conveyancing services are reasonably priced but most important for me, I feel I can trust them completely.

Used Kersey's for conveyancing. Fast, confident and competent service by Brian Smith. Competitive rates.

Ed from Kerseys was extremely professional, reliable and just all round brilliant. Allowed us to continue our lives and notify us of any changes that might have slowed things down and helped us with anything we may not have understood.

Edward Thompson was most helpful as a conveyancer. He is prompt and patient, willing and helpful. He kept me well informed and nothing was last minute. I would definitely recommend him to anyone in need of a conveyancer!

Edward was a fantastic support for us in buying our home. He was proactive, highly competent, and offered practical advice in the midst of a very difficult and tense chain. He was also far more responsive to emails/calls than I expected any solicitor to be, which I found very reassuring.

Dear Jane
Thank you for the advice along the way through the purchase, much appreciated. I"ll be sure to recommend you to anyone I know who may be in need of your advice in the future. October 2021.

Brian has been extremely professional and shown great experience through our sale and purchase.
Answering his on phone and always available was a true mark of the service level Brian provided.

We were impressed by the service we received from Kerseys Solicitors when we moved house. Brian Smith acted for us and was helpful, professional and quick to respond to our emails. We would happily use Kerseys again should we move in the future.

Annalie King provided very helpful advice about an employment issue. She responded quickly to my enquiry, understood the issues and explained the range of options for me to consider in a clear and thorough way. Her approach was supportive and professional. I would not hesitate to use Kersey's again based on my experience.
