I signed up for the Kentucky Lottery’s deposit match promotion and followed all stated requirements, including completing the full playthrough. After finishing, I requested a withdrawal on my remaining balance.

My withdrawal was suddenly canceled, and I was told there was a Terms of Service issue with no meaningful explanation. At the same time, my account was suspended, so I can no longer log in to view my balance or transaction history.

It has now been over a month, and I’ve received no real updates despite multiple follow-ups asking for a timeline or status. My funds are still being held, and there has been no resolution or communication.

This experience has been extremely frustrating. If there is an issue, it should be addressed promptly and transparently. Instead, I’ve been left in limbo with no access to my account and no progress toward getting my money back.

I would strongly caution others before using this platform based on my experience.

Worst app on this earth i won a progressive jackpot and they said the screen was stuck so they won't pay i won 50 even which is impossible it only goes out at 50.01 its was up to 800 when I won not only that the app is super glitchy basically just robs your money please play anything but this if spend a dollar when a nickel was an app this for sure is it

Let the poor people outside of Louisville or Lexington win anything.. They give false hope to poor people with the made up odds of winning. I will never play Kentucky lottery again. I've won more in 2 months on Tennessee lottery than I won 30 years playing Ky lottery. They claim to give all these millions to schools in Kentucky, then why are these kids so dumb?? I mean they come up with the the funniest stuff that hurts their feelings. Wait until you get drug out your mom's basement and thrown into the real world.. Google won't be able to solve all your worldly problems. One generation ruin our whole world, bunch of crybaby's

DONT PLAY KY LOTTERY!!!! I wish someone would have told me the risk i was taking. My bank denied transactions an then i would get those same transactions processed through my bank. My account is now negative due to this scam. I cant believe we trust this site to protect our money for them to ignore whats going on an not make it right. So please learn from a resident of ky who thought they could trust KY LOTTERY to be upstanding company an fix these issues. Dont Fall victim to believing you wont be next!

I've been having issues with my ( Kentucky lottery account) since December 25 . I've called twice to be told the exact same thing ( YOU WILL HERE FROM THEM SOON) I add cash to my account hit ( PLAY) AND IT BUFFERS and lags continuously I've got great internet it's definitely not that . When I'm broke and play ( try) 0 issues can play all day long on try . Location issues logging me off while playing ( WITH MONEY) 0 issues when I ( TRY) still waiting for a email . Still notta!!!

Ky lottery online is a scam and always glitches out from my experience! It says my location isn’t in ky sometimes and I clearly am in ky. I used to play it every day you know hoping for the big win. I know it’s part of gambling that you loose but honestly how much do they have to pocket to actually let someone win? They say it’s donated but it’s America and we all know they get a percentage. Yeah they permanently closed my account. For 3 weeks now I have been emailing them asking what I did to break their terms and conditions. Ha they just keep telling me they have escalated it to a supervisor and thanks me for my patience....THEY NEVER GET BACK WITH ME.....I STILL HAD MONEY IN MY ACCOUNT...ERRRRR IF I COULD GIVE THEM A NEGATIVE REVIEW I WOULD.
