Pretty efficient as far as ordering and confirmation were concerned.
There was some lack of clarity around delivery but those I spoke to at the office were helpful and friendly even though at times they didn't seem to know exactly where my goods were and when they would be delivered. I guess we are all getting used to knowing almost to the half hour when it will happen
The wood was fairly well packaged but it was kerbside only. I was grateful that the delivery man was prepared to help me.
Only one board was damaged on the corner. I could not have seen that when I inspected the packaging and signed.

Great service and product but let down by approach to delivery
Great customer service, good product and value for money; however their approach to delivery isn’t appropriate. Their delivery drivers will not bring the product beyond the main entrance, which meant I had to carry multiple packs of flooring to the second floor on my own. I acknowledge you are advised of this in your order confirmation, but the approach to delivery should be made clear pre-order, which it was not. In addition, considering their product line I don’t believe delivery into your hone is unrealistic.

Great understanding of product and extremely helpful advice
When exploring the purchase of Kahrs engineered flooring right from the start I knew that Kens Yard were the right people to deal with. Luke's knowledge was boundless and helpfulness in dealing with the delivery of a large order was exemplary; this coupled with a competitive price should be a real winner to anyone considering new flooring. Finally the courier company were a delight and could not have been more helpful in delivery to a specific store. Thank you Luke
