My experience at the clinic was excellent you are made to feel very relaxed and everything is explained to you step by step and you are given plenty of time not just rushed in and out like your on a conveyor belt

Excellent clinic, I went for a preventive visit for the first time and thank God I wonât need to be looking for a good dentist in London anymore.
Professional, attentive and super hygienic. The choice of music during the treatment was a plus.

I had some botox done in my forehead. The treatment was painless, Dr Radmand is very gentle and kind and he provided me all the information as this was my very first time. I would definitely come back!

Iâm so disappointed!
I went to this clinic for Botox for my forehead. The first time it didnât work, I had to come back, to doctor gave me a few more Injections. After two weeks, my right eyebrow started going up but I thought it would settle after a month. It didnât!
I had to come back for a correction. When I explained over the phone my concerns regarding my eyebrows being completely diffĂ©rents, the doctor didnât apologise and accepted to see me ( even if he didnât want to).
I had my first injections in April, and I saw him for the 3rd time in July.
I told him I wanted to have a normal eyebrow again and instead of adjusting my right eyebrow, he Made it worse.
I left very septical and I was right. A month later, my eyebrow was going upper and upper.
My fiancé called the clinic for me as he was furious.
They accepted to give me another appointment in September but I cancelled.
If a doctor doesnât know what he is doing 3 times, you should give up.
We are now in November and my face still looks the same. Iâm extremely upset

I am so sorry to hear about your unfortunate experience. That was truly was not our intention. As our clinic goes to great length to provide highest level service and expertise, we take your comment very seriously, especially the claim that the Botox injections lead to your right eyebrow to go up.
We have reviewed you case and Iâd like to inform you that your treatment was conducted in March and anti-wrinkle injections were used for you wrinkles. The average length of time that Botox remains effective is 3-4 months. Follow up treatments also indicates that that only small number of doses used for you follow up appointments.
During your last treatment review in June, when you wanted to lift you left eyebrow you also were informed overdosing the injected area and having some complications after that was not an option. Therefore, you were recommended to see the clinician again after 3 months so he could review the case and see other available alternatives.
I do hope you do not judge the entire company by this experience. We strive to do one thingâŠCreating the best patient experience. Feel free to reach out to me directly if you ever would like to have any question or considering to have another treatment review, or if there is anything we can do to help remedy your experience.

A small yet stylish clinic
A small yet stylish clinic.
The appointment started over 35 minutes late so first impressions were not very good. The lady at reception did apologise many times.
However, the doctor took the time to make it a very good experience. Local freezing and ice masks to prevent swelling were a nice touch. Probably the best Botox experience I've ever had and the results are wonderful.

Very good experience. very friendly and professional staff. they take the time to answer your questions and make you feel comfortable. The doctor is very careful not to hurt you, takes the time to do a good job and is very gentle. Natural results! I strongly recommend the address.
