Keith Michaels Ltd Omdömen

Great service, Gary called me back outside their normal office hours to do my change of car which had to be done the same day. Always top service from Gary and Jason too.

Service quite simply beyond expectations, which for insurance is really saying something. Highly recommend.

Called this morning based on the online reviews which were very positive. Call was answered within good time and I was promptly asked name and age. I replied, I was then asked which vehicle I was looking to insure, I replied a defender. I was then told “ we do not offer cover for these vehicles as they are the most stolen car in the UK” the call ended there.

I have to add not really what I expected.

Excellent service, as ever, from Jeremy. It is clear that Keith Michaels is staffed by true enthusiasts who share our passion and take the time to consider each request for cover on its merits. A personalized approach you won’t get from mainstream insurers.

Efficient, courteous and thorough - what I hope to have in my insurance provider.

Been with Keith Michaels for 4 years now and they never let me down , best quotes, best customer service, and made my transition from an Audi RS4 to an Audi RS6 so simple , best insurance around

Great experience, thanks Mark B. This was a stressful experience having somehow managed to accumulate nine penalty points in less than six months. there’s a first for me!. However Mark managed to take it in his stride and obviously has a lot of experience. Your service standards are excellent. Quick and efficient. No fuss. did an AI search for trustworthy efficient and economic broker. You guys came out top. No big surprise. Cheers Richard.
