No messing about with the change of vehicle, details had been retained from an early enquiry about possible change. All staff have been helpful and easy to deal with. I would say this experience as far as car insurance goes is the best. Modified cars are understood by the people you can speak with, what a refreshing change. Track day cover is a bonus.

I like to actually speak with real people over the phone (old school), rather than texting or just clicking away with a mouse and this company gives you that option.
Apart from that their insurance quotes are very reasonable for a JDM imported vehicles and its now my second time I have used the same company after a few years gap of not owning an imported car.

We have had over twenty years of impeccable service from Christian Wheatly at Keith Michaels. This company is a cut above the rest. Excellent. Zero issues in over twenty years is priceless.

I rang this company to enquire about Tyre and Alloy insurance! I mistaking thought they did it! Anyway, first call they hung up, second call, engaged, third call I received an extremely abrupt and aggressive “Keith Michael’s?” I laughed I was so shocked! I requested the information I was seeking and was summarily dismissed with “this is Keith Michaels, we don’t do that!” So I explained that I found the number on the internet but was shut down and I left the admin staff with the comment that she was abrupt and rude and I was glad she didn’t do tyres and alloys insurance! Maybe she needs a little bit more training on public relations!

Very good insurance brokers highly recommend it i have been with them for 11 years never had any problems friendly and kind especially Gary Moulson.

followng a google search for ,samplle questions from the speed awareness course' - your site cam up first in the list promising questions and answers Sure, it gave a few (6 maybe?) sample and fairly obvious questions then it says specimen answers are below THEY ARE NOT THIS IS A CON TO GET PEOPLE TO OPEN YOUR SITE SO THEY READ YOUR ADS - PRESUMABLY YOU ARE PAID FOR ADS - CON. Shame on you.
