We have used this companies products for our golf course markers. They will avoid having to continually replace the wooden pegs every few years.

Great range of materials
Great range of materials available to restore my planters when the wooden bottoms rotted and fell out. Delivery costs a bit daunting, but a helpful phone call suggested cutting shorter lengths which could be delivered on a smaller van, which helped.

The plastic won't rot like timber. It therefore is cheaper in the long run. I used it for garden edging.

First time use of recycled plastic timber replacement boards
I was looking for something to bolt onto concrete to provide a spacer for the columns of a steel framework.
Couldn’t find anything thick enough to do the job. I didn’t want to use wood as it would eventually rot.
After much searching I found Kedel who manufacture boards posts and other timber like products from recycled plastic. I can’t put into words how impressed I am. The boards are cut like timber, drilled like timber and are very high density (more solid than timber) and will never rot. (Not in my lifetime at least)
Excellent service and delivered ahead of time.
I have no hesitation in highly recommending this product and company.
Outstanding use of something that I guess would otherwise go to landfill.

I purchased a 25mm thick sheet board of recycled mixed plastic, which was CNC cut to size for a nominal fee. The quality of the product was really good, as were the cuts.

1)they use horrendous courier which wasn't sure when it's going to be delivered at all. After few days of delay - finally the lorry came and the delivery was done.
My long composite timber was packed on 2 small pallets instead of one large one and the courier broke the pallets while delivering it but that's ok-ish. I did put this manually in my garage. Later on few of this allegedly super timber changed its shape!!!!!
I contacted them and I was asked to submit photos. It was in April.
Noone cares...
Avoid - low quality customer service and product itself...

We are dismayed by this poor review as we have no record of your complaint on our system, so either your email didn't reach us or perhaps we didn't receive your photos.
We have struggled to find any delivery service without its own issues and are constantly trying out alternatives to find the best Shippers.
If you find our recycled plastic has bent it has either been left on the floor in direct sunlight and heated up on one side or left unsupported in the middle or ends.
Recycled plastic should be stored for a few hours in the place it is going to be used ideally on a flat base until installed and protected from direct sunlight.
Once installed as fencing for example following the guidelines on our website which include recommendations for avoiding warping by leaving gaps and reaming the holes to allow expansion and contraction, you should then have no problems. We have these materials all over the country used for fencing with no issues. There are also 3 grades of recycled plastic profiles used for different applications and some are more flexible whilst others are more stiff. We can advise you of what will be most suitable for your application. Pallets are of standard sizes both in Europe and the UK and it is normal commercial practice to use more than one to support longer lengths.
We don't use Trust Pilot but Feefo for independent reviews instead. If you look at our profile on Feefo you will find we have an excellent reputation.
We ask all our customers to give us a review on Feefo but don't ask customers to review us on multiple independent review sites, so Trust Pilot only contains reviews from customers who are unhappy, which creates a distorted view of our performance.

5* (Invited) Fake Reviews
From my May 3rd, 2023 updated review you'll will notice Kedel has (Invited) people to make 5* reviews prior to May 3rd, 2023...Kedel had 1.6 out of 5.
Don't believe any (invited) reviews added to any review platform, especially on trustpilot.
As per website, samples are available for free.
However, you have to pay for the delivery of the sample at £7.14.
The 3" sample at 75g arrived 2 weeks later with a postage fee of £3.20.
The envelope costs 20p
Spoke to a competitor and they provided samples for free.
Just placed an order with the competitor which would take a few weeks to manufacturer to produce.
Shame that Kedel shameful business practices lost them a £90k order.
03/05/23 Update: 495 days later, Kedel responds to 1* reviews. Hopefully, from this day forward they'll pay more attention to consumer complaints and respond in a timely manner equivalent to -494 days

We only charge for postage and packing including the cost of labour. The samples are free. We used to send samples out free but the shipping costs and labour was becoming unsustainable financially so we decided it was fair to charge the shipping cost and this information is clearly displayed on our website. Each order can contain up to 3 samples. When you order samples you get an email confirmation containing a discount code to deduct the cost of the delivery of samples from any subsequent order. We don't think there is any shame in this.
It seems very reasonable.
We are delighted you got what you wanted from another supplier and hope the product performs as well as ours.
We are supportive to anyone who wants to use recycled plastic as we believe it is the right way to go environmentally at the moment.
Reply Update: 4 / 5/ 2023 We are only replying now because we had no idea people were putting reviews on TrustPilot as we use the Independent Review site called Feefo and invite all our customers to review our products and services there. The cost of delivery is not just postage cost and packing materials but also the time and labour involved. It's should also be taken into account that you can get up to 3 samples in the one order which would of course increase the postage cost. And as explained above, we refund the postage cost of samples with a discount code when customers subsequently make an order. As you didn't make a subsequent order we feel it is fair that you pay for postage. If you had ordered from us you would have had the samples for free.
Regarding 5* reviews... we do not ask for any level of review and we don't pay anyone for reviewing. And we were unaware there were any reviews on Trustpilot till recently hence the delay in responding to them. Trustpilot did not inform us that people were putting reviews on their platform. Only negative reviews were there as our customers were never invited by us to review on trustpilot. And all the poor reviews were during Covid lockdown. So to provide a more balanced view, we invited every new customer to review on trustpilot. As you can see they were nearly all excellent honest reviews based on their experience of shopping with Kedel.
This firm is a waste of time
emailed Kedal 17 days ago asking about availability of a particular product and requesting some samples. Having not had any response, phoned them and had to leave answerphone message for them to attend to my email, still no response. When a firm is this bad with new business/sales enquiries, just imagine how they are on service!

I think we were in the middle of Covid lockdown at this time which caused us significant operating issues including responses to sales enquiries. This is not the case at the moment now that life has returned to a relatively normal state. we are sorry if you got the impression we were like this all the time. You will see that the independent reviews site Feefo gives a more balanced view as we invite ALL our customers to review our products and service at Feefo. We don't do that for trustpilot as we obviously don't expect customers to review our performance on every review site out there. As a result you will only see negative reviews on TrustPilot and no one can get it right 100% of the time... we are only human. I hope you will give us another opportunity to help you with your next project as you are sure to be more impressed.

I ordered over £3k's worth of product and was told everything was in stock and would be with me in 1 week.
2 weeks later nothing had shown up so I tried calling back. Got ignored and messed around on the phone for 4 days and then was told today that they had no stock of anything, and had forgotten to even order my stuff from their supplier.
Their new delivery estimate was 17 weeks.
When dealing with this company I have been promised at least 3 call backs which never happened, was given the MD's phone number who doesn't answer, and office staff are obviously completely useless proven by the fact they hadn't even ordered my stuff in almost 3 weeks after I placed an order.
Very happy and quick to take payment though...
I'm now left in the position of having over £10K's worth of decking on my drive and no sub-frame to install it on.
It is clear this company doesn't care about their customers at all, they are an absolute joke, avoid them at all costs.

I see that this was during Covid lockdown and we definitely had a few challenges that reduced our usually excellent service. We can only ask that you take that into account. You will see from reviews on the independent review website Feefo that a more balanced view of our current excellent performance will be found. We had no account on trustpilot so where surprised to find 5 poor reviews and no positive ones. This is because we cannot invite our customers to put reviews on multiple review sites and we use Feefo instead of TrustPilot. Consequently only negative reviews appear there. Like any company we have hiccups from time to time and we appreciate all reviews good or negative as this helps us address any weaknesses and improve our performance. I hope you will give us another opportunity to help with your projects in the future and you will see that we are just as good as Feefo independent reviews indicates. We do care... we have to or we'd be out of business very quickly.

Quite simply a terrible company if you have any problems. After chasing up a total of nine times, on each occasion l was promised a return call. The first return call l received was after nine calls over seven days. The product was lost by the courier.
Get another sent straight out as it was 2 weeks since l ordered? No, Kedel’s solution was to wait and see if they found it. Called the next day to chase and was told they would send the replacement out next day delivery. I hadn’t received by midday so called to check what time it would arrive, it hadn’t been sent as they didn’t have the product in stock. Nobody thought to call and inform me and ask what l wanted to do ie refund or wait for the product.
My guess is the owners have lost touch with the running of the business and are clueless as to how incompetent the whole customer service team are, nobody l spoke to could have cared any less of they tried. AVOID AT ALL COSTS.

We have definitely not lost touch but experienced significant problems during Covid lockdown as did our suppliers and these issues now resolved. You will see from reviews on Feefo that we have a very good performance record.

I ordered some material six weeks ago with a promise at that time of a 3 to four week delivery.
After 5 weeks I contacted the company to enquire as to the status of my order. My first email was ignored. Resending my inquiry I was informed that the order would be a minimum of a further 5 weeks before manufacture but was offered a slightly larger alternative at no extra cost. Well and good except my attempts to accept this offer have been ignored. At this time I have no confidence that this order will be fulfilled. Kedel appear to lack any customer focus the result of which is likely to be failure in the modern online sales culture.

Our manufacturing problems and those of our suppliers stemmed from Covid Lockdown. You will see on Feefo Independent Review website that our performance is very good. Trustpilot reviews do not give a balanced view as they only have negative reviews and no one is perfect all the time. All our customers are invited to review us on Feefo so you get a truer picture, whereas Trustpilot only gets reviews where there has been a problem because we haven't invited all customers to review us on both websites which would be a bit of a chore.
