Kdjinspired Omdömen

Great fragrances, they smell amazing and last a while. However, out of 4 orders I’ve had to chase 3 up as they hadn’t arrived in the expected timeframe. I paid extra for 3-6 days delivery for one, but it took 12 days and was only posted after a week, after I enquired as to why it hadn’t come. They didn’t refund my rush shipping fee either.

Seems to be a drop shipping business as customer service are very helpful but take multiple days to get answers to queries and generally only reply at nighttime. I’ve found other copy fragrance providers to be much quicker at delivering, and won’t be using KDJInspired again due to having to chase orders and wait for deliveries. I’m a little sad about this as their fragrances do smell very very good indeed.

Innitialy I was a bit irritated for the lack of communication (no updates on when , I guess this is something that can be improved)it turned out I didn't need to be as the item arrived promptly, smelling gorgeous. Will definitely be buying again

I think the fragrances smell amazing and the customer service is great. It seems like a small company but I think that’s why they still are able to provide such great customer service and quick postage. Have bought from them twice now and will continue to do so in the future!

I have been buying from KDJ for over 1 year and always got compliments about what I was wearing. In my most recent purchase it just didn’t smell the same. I contacted KDJ who instructed me to send it back. I did and received another in its place. Their customer care is 100%. They are a pleasure to deal with. nothing was a bother. I will stay loyal to them. Thankyou

Great customer service. Ombre Nomade is georgeous. Also received so quick. Will definitely order again. Thanks kdj

Love the Halfeti. Great price. Free delivery. Always complimented regarding it. Absolutely recommend. Reordered a few times

Great products and service! Very helpful from start to finish.

Still haven’t received my order now it has been 10 days. Order number [Order #75062].

I have ordered many of KDJ clones.. They are the best. Always on time. Many dupe, inspired sites are shady.. I like, umm love luxury fragrances..So KDJ is a great alternative to blind buys or outrageous prices..
I'm a fan..

Received the aftershave in good time and extremely happy with it, I have been wearing the aftershave and receiving complements,
Strongly recommend KDJ

On day number 9 and still no delivery . Customer service replied they would look into it and come back to me but didn’t so I chased again . Customer service came back to me to apologise for the delay and that everything was “made to order” but they anticipate delivery in the next few days ….

Amazing customer service, they could have not been more helpful and efficient. I’ve had many perfumes from them and they all smell EXACTLY like the branded ones and last so long on the skin.
I always get complimented when I wear these perfumes and I have recommended them to everyone

My order was not delivered in the time frame. Tried contacting by phone, and email. Phone went to voice mail. Email replied with a standard get back to you later reply. My order was delivered on the 21/10/23. Longer than advertised. But the smell is brilliant. Wish they had bigger bottles.

Fantastic products and great customer service. Everything I have bought from them has been of exceptional quality and I have to say the staff are extremely helpful when I have had any issues. The only real room for improvement would be quicker deliveries. Once an order is ready, you can wait up to 6 working days to receive the goods. If this could be changed to 2-3 days it would only improve the experience further. This is only minor however, and the quality of the perfume is more than worth the wait.

I've bought quite a few from KDJ.
Oils,EDP and Extrait of all the dupe companies I've used there fragrances are far better than all the others.
The only reason for not giving 5 stars is a couple recently have been noticeably off, the rage needs a little more expanding and the customer service quality fluctuates

I have ordered dupes from Essence Vault and Noted Aromas and I have to say that the quality and similarity to the original fragrances is far better with KDJ inspired. Order some testers, you won't be disappointed. 😁

Don't use this company customer care/service doesn't exist I bought a aftershave over 9 days ago and still not received it I sent 5 emails now and no reply so I will be claiming my money back from my bank

I used kdj in the past and service was ok but the last 2 times I had to email them in order to find out where my orders are. They are fast at replying to stock enquiries but when asked about delivery there is no reply. I will be contacting my bank and the ombudsman to file a complain and a claim for non delivery of goods

Still waiting three weeks after I placed my order, I have purchased numerous times and each time the customer service gets worse. My emails are being ignored now and no updates provided. Going to have to write to my bank to try and obtain a refund. Very disappointed.

Great company, great sprays and perfumes 100 percent recommend to use. Keep up the good work KDJ and team.
