Purchased a PPG + ECG Smart Bracelet
Purchased a PPG + ECG Smart Bracelet, the product arrived without the charging unit and unable to separate the bracelet to charge if we had the relevant charger.
Company did not meet their obligations of rectifying the problem and we continue to be out of pocket.
Very poor customer service.
