Very poor after-sales service

I received a call from one of your delivery partners regarding the reverse pickup. He confirmed my availability at the address and assured me that the pickup would be completed by the evening. However, he never showed up and the pickup was not done.

Now I am being told that reverse pickup is non-serviceable in my area, which is very strange. If my area was non-serviceable, why did your delivery partner call and confirm the pickup in the first place? This is extremely unprofessional and disappointing. I have already been following up on this issue for a long time, and such miscommunication only causes unnecessary delay and inconvenience. I request immediate action and resolution of my issue.

The product quality is very poor

The product quality is very poor, it's not pure cashmilon, the price is too high, not worth more than 1000. Return is not available, very disappointed. Please do not shop from this site.

Scams of Kashmir box

Hey !
Again I am writing this review after 6 Jan .
I returned my order (order id D- 10137789) . It has been more than 10 days . Agent don’t pick up the call . I keep on calling them. My emails are answered but they are not doing anything about my order at all . Now I am left with no product and my money is also gone. This website is not at all responsive or reliable . Order has been picked up and verified by the company but they are not doing nothing . My money is also stuck there . Now they have my returned product also .
I am not sure what is going on . Whether they will refund my money or not . The agents don’t pick up the call .
And there is nothing you can do to contact them . It has been 15-20 days since these things are going on . It’s really frustrating . I am not going to shop from these kind of websites from now on .

My order id is D-10137789_1767162273 and fraud website Kashmir box .

My order id is D-10137789_1767162273 . I received the product on 6 Jan 2026 which was a coord set . The material and quality of the product is very cheap. I paid ₹ 5,248 for this product and quality is just not up to mark . Stitching is not proper , the fabric quality is flimsy . I simply want to return the product . I immediately applied for return request . There was no response . Then I emailed , again I got no response. I tried calling on the phone number given . I got no response. I tried messaging on WhatsApp , again no answer. The unresponsiveness from the customer care side is so annoying. From the website like Kashmir Box , I don’t accept this kind of nonsense. I want to get my money back. Also will never trust websites like these.

Beware — it’s a total trap! Fake Hype!!

We placed two orders (D-10135236 and D-10135422) in mid-December. Both were delivered, and both were shockingly poor quality, with sloppy craftsmanship, open seams, and buttons already coming off. We immediately raised a return request. After numerous attempts, we finally managed to reach customer care, and they confidently promised that the items would be picked up and our refund would be processed.

That was a lie.

They said pickup would happen the next day (24/12/25) — no one ever came. Since then, customer service has been unreachable: the phone rings endlessly, stays busy, or gets cut off. It’s like they vanish the moment you ask for a refund.

Now I’m stuck, out ₹13,597, with almost zero hope of getting my money back. This whole operation feels like it runs on influencer reels and fake hype, while real customers are left with defective products and no accountability.

I’m furious that I didn’t check Trustpilot earlier. Do not waste your money. These products are only for show, and once they have your payment, they clearly don’t care what happens next.

Extremely poor quality and worst quality check team. Not at all reliable. Exchange process takes months with no guarantee on new product

I bought a coord set from Kashmir box in oct 2025, Recieved it in the first week of November and it was in the torn condition. Also, it was not the same product as in picture. I called the customer care service and they regretted the inconvenience caused and agreed for an exchange with good quality check of the product this time. The exchange took a month and i got the product in second week of December, 2025. To my surprise they sent same product back in exactly same condition and it was still torn at same place. I called the customer care and now they said they will pick it back and refund. This was so disappointing as a customer.

Gorgeous phiran

Around 8 days after placing the order I enquired about delivery and was directed to a wapp number for customer service. They were really prompt in responding to my query and mentioned my order was being packaged and would be sent soon. I received the phiran 17 days after placing the order. I am really impressed with the quality of the product. I would recommend others to use the company. My only advice would be if they can send a courtesy email after dispatching the order, it would be great.

This is a scam company for sure

This is a scam company for sure. I have been trying to reach out to their customer care from quite sometime to inquire about a product size. No body is responding and their phone is always switched off!

Frauds ❌❌❌❌ Beware

I ordered a kurta from them on August 18 2025 and till now no reply . Just like other customers we are being fooled by this name of our beautiful state Kashmir given to this fraudulent company . Actually they are using this name as a facade to outrightly fool us .

Pathetic product and even more pathetic service

I ordered Mamra almonds, dried fig and walnuts. Walnuts were of very poor quality. It was rotten. There were worms inside the walnuts. I called on the customer care number to return my product but no one picked the call. It has been a month since I received my order after paying the money but on the website it is still showing that order is on its ways and payment is pending due to which I was not able to proceed with a return request. Then I wrote a mail on the provided mail address, firstly they replied very late and secondly they asked me to share the images of the rotten product which I shared on the same day since then they have neither responded to mail nor picked up my phone. They don’t even deserve 1 star.

NOT ORDERING !! I was so impressed with their designs…

I was genuinely impressed by their beautiful designs and professional-looking website. I was ready to place an international order — but thankfully, I paused to read the reviews first. It's concerning that even local customers are experiencing poor customer service and inconsistent quality. If they’re unable to manage domestic orders reliably, I can't imagine the risk of ordering internationally. I’ve decided not to proceed. Truly disappointed, as I had high hopes.
I am giving 1 star for their marketing and website ONLY.

Order No. D-10119768 from Kashmir Box not recieved even after 20 days of ordering

I ordered two kaftans from Kashmir Box, but only one was delivered. Order No. D-10119768 .The 2nd one is yet to be delivered even after 20 days. The company has stopped responding to my emails. Phone numbers listed on the web site are switched off.
I have made full payment for both kurtas while ordering. Very disappointing experience. Very bad customer service. I am clueless about when my order will be delivered.
