Read the reviews before you buy anything from this place

Do not purchase anything from this retailer! The items do not come as they look in the pictures on their website. They tell you to email them about a return and they never respond even after leaving a voicemail. Worst customer service and attempting to return a product I have ever experienced.

Never received my refund

Never received my refund

I returned my order and the company confirmed they received it, but I never got my refund. I’ve reached out several times by email and phone with no solution. It’s been anlmost 2 months and I’m still waiting. Very disappointed — poor communication and customer service. I wouldn’t recommend ordering from them until they fix their refund process.

Agnella Bravo-Customer Service Supervisor @ Karma & Luck

In my 35+ years of shopping, I have never experienced such attitude, disrespect, foul language and insult from Customer Service. I cannot begin to explain what I am feeling right now. She literally cursed at me, not once...used language that was so condescending and uncalled for. She wouldn't even let me speak.
I am a new Customer for the past few months, I must have purchased at least 30-50 pieces, either from online or direct store purchases and I will say that as much as I love your items, I don't think that I can support a company that allows their Supervisor, Agnella Bravo, to speak this way to their Customer. She did not even know that she had her phone number listed in her email signature block?!?! But yelled at me for calling that number???
I will take accountability if I came across agitated because I have been calling and calling, emailing etc. and I don't get a response. That has left me a little frustrated, but it still does not warrant the right for me to get yelled at, cursed at or berated.

Sales staff are very courteous, experienced, welcoming and respectful. Above all, their service to the customer is unmatched. It was wonderful experience buying jewelry from Karma and Luck. Above all, the m quality of their jewelry products is unmatched.

It is a scam company

It is a scam company, be careful. They promised to deliver in 3-5 business days. Then said it will be only in 2-3 weeks. After I received the email, it was delivered, but it wasn't. The tracking number they provided is wrong; the delivery company has never heard of it. KarmeandLuck ignores my emails and doesn't answer phone calls. I've lost 300$! Very disappointed, but I guess Karma will find them eventually.

I ordered an anklet online for a wedding and I paid for priority shipping for the item, per their website it would be received between two and four days. It took three days for the company to actually mail it and now the product will be arriving after I leave for my trip I contacted the company first by email which I didn’t get a response to so I went onto the online chat and they were very dismissive about my problem and did not offer any kind of assistance to rectify it. They said to me that there’s a 1 to 2 day processing and 3 to 5 days for shipping, but that’s not what it said when I checked out, it said three days priority I paid extra for the shipping and my product is not gonna be to me in three days as promised per their site What is even more concerning They disconnected me from the chat. Entirely dismissing the fact that I had an Entirely dismissing the fact that I had an issue. The customer service was not helpful nor did they even propose anything to rectify the issue. I will be posting this on every public forum not to shop at this site. It’s very despicable the way That my issue was handled by customer service by them, dismissing me and disconnected me how unprofessional.

just be careful about the upgrading offer after you buy

While buying i made a mistake to update the order but ended up buying an extra 3 bracelets which i did not want. They replied that they cannot refund as the purchase went through. I realised the mistake straight away but there was no way to cancel it straight away or stop/change the delivery. It was a but misleading. I thought that by upgrading it would replace the earlier order.

Big Thanks to Jasmine and Kevin from Grand…

Big Thanks to Jasmine from Grand central USA location. I brought a tree of life and had to exchange it with a different one as the shipping cost outside was lot. Jasmine patiently exchanged and found a way to place an order online from the store. She is great.
Kevin in the store was a great partner too! Had a very pleasant experience with this store especially.

Biggest scam in Las Vegas and that’s saying a lot ! Spend 200 dollars on two strings with trinkets that turned black. Customer service offers to give THE SAME two bracelets which turned black for 50 percent discount. No returns. Too late to return to credit card. All their stuff made from same material so will all turn. Scammed out of 200 dollars. The customer service girl Aubree and Agnela stopped responding completely and refuse to pass to their supervisor to complain to protect their own job after I expressed anger at their solution and blatant rudeness and disregard. Do NOT shop here unless you want garbage. No one needs a blackened “gold plated” bracelet free. Ultimate scammers!!!

Order placed this past Memorial Day…

Order placed this past Memorial Day Sale The bracelet came apart while wearing it. I sent two emails with the first in June and the second in July. Both went unanswered. I purchased the Redo for an exchange or refund. I just sent another email 9/4/24. I will tell everyone I know to never purchase from this company. My $120 bracelet that came apart shortly after my purchase is useless.

If I can give this company a -5 star

If I can give this company a -5 star, I would absolutely. Me and my husband came to Las Vegas for the weekend and decided to buy a matching red string and necklace. We went to the store at Venetian. We came in past afternoon time and we were greeted immediately but that was all. The lady that greeted us gave us this very uncomfortable look like we’re about to steal something. Made us feel uneasy and unwelcoming even though she greeted us. I’ve also noticed that associates working were just standing in the middle and chit chatting like they don’t want to engage with any of the customers in the store. I only witnessed 1 gentleman assisting customer in the other room. Everyone else was just talking amongst each other. Very unprofessional especially in upscale hotel. Long story short, me and my husband was looking around and seeing what to buy but ended up just leaving because my husband felt more uneasy when the same lady who greeted us, came back to us and started telling us about the men’s onyx necklace we were looking at. Then couple minutes past, she disappears and goes and assist another couple walking in. When me and my husband was walking past the register area, I overheard the associates using fowl language and inappropriate verbiage. Not sure if they were talking about us but that’s when my husband wanted to leave right away.

Horrible customer service

Pieces are nice. However, their customer service sucks. First, I ordered a bracelet based on the website measurements and it was bigger than described; when I emailed them to ask for a replacement they asked me to take a picture with a measuring tape in order to exchange the bracelet. Then, I wanted to return it and they told me I had 30 days to make a return, which I did and paid, and the package arrived later than the 30 days window and they refused to return my money. It doesn’t state anywhere that the item must be delivered to them within the 30 days, you would assume that it would be like in any other company that is has to be shipped within the 30 days. Avoid them at all costs

Poor quality

Poor quality

I received a $100 bracelet that broke within 60 days from just normal wear and tear. I reached out to the company and they only replace within 30 days. Either they knowingly make an inferior product or they think they make a high quality product and don’t stand by them. It is not OK for a $100 bracelet to break after 60 days of normal wear.

They've lost a good customer…

I have spent 400.00 in the past 6 months.
After making serveral purchases over the last six months, they sent me damaged merchandise. Karma and Luck would not exchange it. I had to send it back at my own expense.

RECEIVED A DEFECTIVE NECKLACE. IT LOOKS HORRIBLE..LIKE SOMEONE JUST SLAPPED AN EYE ON THE NECKLACE WITH CHEAP GLUE THAT SHOWS. THE EYE IS COMPLETELY CROOKED AND NOT CENTERED. I DIDN'T SPEND ALMOST $200 FOR A CHEAP PIECE OF JEWELRY THAT I DON'T WANT. CUSTOMER SERVICE IS EVEN MORE HORRIBLE THAN THE PRODUCT THEY SENT..I'VE TRIED CONTACTING THEM MULTIPLE TIMES OVER THE PAST COUPLE WEEKS AND NO ONE RESPONDS. TOTAL BS. I WANT MY MONEY BACK! DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Never again

I am starting by saying if I could give a 0 star I would . I am very mad I placed an order with karma and luck . 4 days passed and I email for an update let me remind you we are days away from Christmas and they email me say your order was cancel . Then an email say it was per to my request when all I wanted was a update. I can’t believe this . Then I try contacting customer support there is none this is unacceptable that a company as no customer service to help . Never again.

I made a purchase from Karma and Luck…

I made a purchase from Karma and Luck online for a ring, the 'Blessed Balance - Amethyst Lotus Ring for $59.
The ring was received but was a rust color. I notified Karma and Luck and they told me that I would get a refund upon return.
They do not provide a return label, (first sign, 99% of businesses have them even China)
I returned it due to bad workmanship and products description.
I was only refunded $26 and was charged 33$ restocking fee. How is that fare? I left a voicemail for them to call me back and no response. You can never speak to someone. When you call them it's either you send an email or leave a message, never a live representative!
I have been to Las Vegas and purchased things I even have ordered many items from them so for me to only receive a partial credit is disheartening.
I will never spend another penny with Karma and Luck!!
