Tout est très clair le service client est au top les cours parfait et en seulement 6 semaines je sens une vrai progression dans mon niveau d’anglais merci à kaplan de m’avoir permis de vivre la meilleure expérience de ma vie !

Je remercie infiniment Fares, pour sa gentillesse, son professionnalisme, sa patience dans la création de mon dossier.
C’est une personne à l’écoute, il intègre parfaitement vos doutes, et vous rassure sur la suite de projet.

J’ai effectué un séjour d’un mois avec Kaplan International à Londres. Dans l’ensemble, ce fut une belle expérience, mais certains points méritent d’être améliorés, notamment la prise en compte du test réalisé avant l’arrivée.

À mon arrivée, j’ai été placée au niveau A1 alors que mon niveau était plutôt petit B1. Autant dire que, sur les quatre semaines passées sur place, j’ai parfois eu l’impression d’avoir perdu mon argent puisque j’apprenais des notions que je maîtrisais déjà. J’ai pu changer de classe au bout de deux semaines, mais j’aurais préféré être placée dans le bon niveau dès le départ.

Concernant la résidence, je la trouve hors de prix pour les prestations proposées, d’autant plus que la seule chose fournie dans la chambre était une serviette et un rouleau de papier toilette.

En revanche, j’ai ensuite changé pour un hébergement en famille et je suis tombée sur une famille adorable.

En résumé, Kaplan reste une très belle expérience avec d’excellents professeurs, mais avec quelques points à améliorer.

Concernant l’agence basée à Paris, j’ai bénéficié d’un très bel accompagnement de la part de Chloé, que je remercie d’avoir pris le temps d’être à mon écoute avant et pendant mon séjour, ainsi que pour sa réactivité.

Très bonne expérience, j’ai adoré, les professeurs sont géniaux et savent faire leurs métiers. Si je pouvais, je le referais.
L’école est super et tout le monde est gentil ! Je recommande fortement.

I recommand this school, the classes are fun and good ! The Teachers was very educators. And The school proposes many activities.

I went to Bath with a group of students and every activity was well arranged by the staff, since the arrival at the airport till departure.

Je suis actuellement à New York pour un séjour linguistique et tout se passe super bien !
Avant mon départ, j’ai été très bien conseillé et accompagné dans toutes les démarches. Un grand merci à Fares, mon conseiller, qui a été à l’écoute, disponible et très professionnel. Il a pris le temps de répondre à toutes mes questions et de me guider à chaque étape, ce qui m’a vraiment rassuré.
Sur place, l’expérience est géniale. Je suis en résidence à environ 20 minutes à pied de l’école, ce qui est très pratique au quotidien. L’école est en plein Manhattan, et je suis dans le bâtiment exclusivement dédié aux 30ans et plus ce qui me permet d’être uniquement avec des participants de mon âge sans croiser les plus jeunes.
Je recommande vivement Kaplan à toute personne qui souhaite vivre une expérience linguistique à l’étranger en toute confiance !

I would like to share my experience with Kaplan, which was simply magnificent and outstanding. The quality of the courses is excellent, and the teachers are, overall, highly qualified and dedicated. (With the exception of one teacher whose teaching style is quite particular and who does not always adapt her lessons to the level of the class.)
Beyond the classes, it has undoubtedly been one of the best human experiences of my life. You meet people from all over the world, all united by the same goal: learning English. You build strong and lasting connections, and Kaplan greatly contributes to creating this international, supportive, and motivating environment.
I completed three weeks of intensive courses, and the experience was so enriching that I am coming back for three months to further improve my English.

I really appreciated this experience because it gave me a lot of self-confidence, as it was the first time I'd been alone away from home for a long period. The school was like a second home where I was able to meet lots of new friends from all over the world while learning English.

Working as a Senior Account Executive at Kaplan International Languages, in Barcelona, has been an incredibly rewarding experience. I had the pleasure of collaborating closely with both the European Sales Manager and the Global Sales Manager—two exceptionally knowledgeable and inspiring professionals. Learning from them was a privilege, and their guidance played a key role in helping me consistently achieve my monthly targets.

I was also supported by a fantastic team whose dedication and positive energy made every challenge easier to overcome. The combination of strong leadership, teamwork, and a motivating environment made my time at Kaplan truly outstanding.

I loved the experience and truly hope to have the opportunity to come back. I would just recommend improving the accommodation organisation, as in my personal experience a few inconveniences occurred. They were solved on Monday, but since I arrived on Saturday, my first days were affected and there was no solution available until the start of the week.
I also heard several negative experiences from classmates staying in family homes, which is not ideal for the school’s reputation.
Finally, it seems that the course price varies depending on the student’s country of origin, and this made me feel that I may have paid more than others.

Esperienza da dimenticare
Ho scelto Kaplan Oxford con l’obiettivo di migliorare il mio inglese. Su loro stesso consiglio, ho optato per la sistemazione in homestay, presentata come la soluzione ideale per praticare la lingua quotidianamente. Purtroppo, questa scelta si è rivelata del tutto inutile.
Parlando con almeno altre 25 persone, ho potuto constatare che l’esperienza è stata simile per molti: si vive praticamente da soli, si mangia da soli e non c’è alcuna reale opportunità di praticare l’inglese. Ancora più grave, le cosiddette “famiglie ospitanti” spesso non sono famiglie inglesi, ma immigrati che parlano un inglese appena sufficiente e che, all’interno della casa, utilizzano prevalentemente la loro lingua madre.
Dopo tre settimane ho quindi chiesto di essere trasferito nell’alloggio per studenti, pagando un supplemento. Risultato: la prenotazione era stata “persa” e ho dovuto perdere tempo ed energie per dimostrare di aver già pagato il soggiorno.
A peggiorare la situazione, il servizio clienti non è attivo nel weekend, nonostante gli ingressi avvengano regolarmente di sabato. Un’assurdità che lascia lo studente completamente senza supporto nei momenti più critici.
In conclusione, all’inizio si mostrano disponibili e cordiali quando devono incassare il pagamento, ma una volta iscritti l’assistenza diventa inefficiente o inesistente. Fatico a comprendere come possano avere così tante recensioni positive, considerando che molti altri studenti hanno vissuto problemi simili al mio.
Sconsiglio vivamente questa esperienza.

i bought an online course from Kaplan international, i paid, but no one contacted with me yet, i dont have any information, i dont know how can access this course, i sent a lot of emails but they never gave answer.

Update :
They contacted with me and fixed my problem. They were very kind and helpful. Because of the issue, they also gave me extra lessons as a gift.
