I found my room remotely from the US. Pictures looked fine of the room, but I didn't press for additional photos. I got locked into a lease. When I arrived, the bathroom was full of black mold, the kitchen literally has holes in the floor, the apartment smelled like smoke, and there was dirt everywhere. I mentioned to a colleague that I found my room through Kamernet, and he replied "oh yeah, that is like the slave trade of rentals".

Maybe you could become profitable one day if you hired an actual software developer.

Als platform is het onze taak om huurders en verhuurders met elkaar in contact te brengen, maar we hebben geen controle over hoe of wanneer verhuurders reageren op aanvragen. Elke verhuurder beheert zijn of haar eigen advertenties en communicatie, en in de huidige snel veranderende en zeer concurrerende huurmarkt ontvangen velen een groot aantal aanvragen, waardoor het helaas moeilijk is om iedereen te beantwoorden.
We moedigen verhuurders altijd aan om duidelijk te communiceren en waar mogelijk te reageren, en we zijn continu op zoek naar manieren om de ervaring voor zowel huurders als verhuurders op ons platform te verbeteren.
We stellen het op prijs dat je je ervaring met ons deelt, want het helpt ons om te zien waar we ons verder kunnen verbeteren.

Ons platform is ontworpen om klanten in contact te brengen met een verhuurdersverzekering. In sommige gevallen kunnen bepaalde functies of diensten kosten met zich meebrengen. Desondanks is het ons doel altijd om duidelijke waarde en transparantie te bieden, en geen obstakels op te werpen.
Het spijt ons te horen dat je de indruk hebt gekregen dat je moest betalen om hulp te krijgen. Dat is niet de ervaring die we willen bieden. We zouden graag de gelegenheid krijgen om te begrijpen wat er is gebeurd en te kijken hoe we je kunnen helpen bij het vinden van een geschikte woningverzekering.

Not a trustworthy website. A lot of their ads are scams. Had to go to the police. And the other issue is that the mobile version of the website does not show that you are premium even if you are. So I presumed that I didn’t have premium based of that and they made me pay 40€ without my authorization.

I’m seeing a lot of similarities with…
I’m seeing a lot of similarities with the review here, I got debited 39 euros without my consent even tho I did unsubscribe. I contacted the customer service, they were just rude and not willing to help in a fair resolution but James, the agent in charge of my case explained “it is cleary stated everywhere” which is not true.
I also almost got scammed after contacting one of the house owner form their platform this is inadmissible.
I’m trying to defend myself with processing with a charge back.
