they are a complete scam
they are a complete scam. they advertise free returns on their front page and refuse to honor. they asked me to take pictures of my foot to send to them!!! it is not only that they want to back off the return shipping. I was told even if I pay $80 DHL shipping to China they will not sign for it and refuse it. the shoe will then be lost because no one is paying the return fee. and they will claim I never sent it if I dispute with my credit card. stay as far away as you can. all the positive reviews are probably by them. when I got a link to rate them and I gave a bad rating , it disappeared from their wall in less than a second.

We have checked your case and understand that your return request is due to a size issue caused by an incorrect size selection, rather than a product quality problem. According to our return policy, for size-related returns or change-of-mind returns, the customer is responsible for the return shipping cost and any applicable taxes.
Please note that you do not need to use DHL for the return. You may choose the most affordable shipping method with tracking information available in your country. Using DHL is only one option and is usually more expensive.
We would also like to clarify that we do not refuse valid returns. When a returned parcel arrives, our team will open and inspect the package. If the item is returned in its original condition, including the original packaging, tags, and labels, we will process the refund accordingly.
We always aim to handle returns fairly and transparently, and we would never intentionally refuse or ignore a properly returned item.

I prodotti sono di per sé molto buoni anche se molto costosi. Con l'ultimo ordine sono rimasta un po' delusa perché non mi Ú arrivato il cappellino running che era compreso . Ho scritto diverse volte un'email,ma Senza risposta ....insomma !!!
