The staff has been amazing with help and support for my special needs child.

Invested teachers and staff who are willing to work with individual students and help them achieve their highest potential.

Has been amazing thus far for my daughter! She loves it!

I don’t care for this years tech updates they were very confusing especially always having to “clear the cache”. Last school year was much better and easier going. The kids don’t really get to engage like they did last year. They have sessions with the teachers but it’s not for the full time. I don’t care for them being put in “tables” to work alone for half of the class, it seems pointless. This year it seems like there was very minimal teacher engagement with the class. This school year felt very unorganized and for those reasons I may be removing my child from OHVA.

I absolutely love this site because it is less than 10 minutes from my home, very friendly staff, and they offer water to us parents. The environment is safe.

My student really enjoys his school work. He has made tremendous improvements in his standardized test scores.

My children enjoy the time with their teachers and the freedom provided learning from home. The program has been working pretty well for our family especially since my children go back and forth between both parents homes.

Its ok just that everything more harder every year wish it was better but so far its ok

I love how there is no pressure for the students or us parents

This has been a game changer for my child who suffers from a debilitating chronic illness that unfortunately causes many many absences from school due to vomiting. Because of that we were at risk of truancy and that put me in a bad position due to this being something out of our control. I cannot stop her illness from happening and because of that I risked being in legal trouble. But K12 gave me the option of being able to give my daughter later start times to her day, the ability to still not miss her work and have to get caught up even if she missed the class for that day due to illness. It gave her more wiggle room and kept us out of the legal system over something we had zero control over. It gave my daughter her education back! I cannot praise this system enough for the strength it gave our family and the freedom to education it gave my daughter. And the staff is so amazing. There have been times where she has missed multiple days at once and when that happens her teachers have done their best to make sure my kiddo is caught up, they check in if we’ve been out for a couple days to make sure everything is okay and exempt things if needed to keep her grades from dropping over being in the hospital due to incessant vomiting and needing hydration she can’t get at home. Overall this is an amazing program and I couldn’t be more proud to call my daughter a part of it!

Starr testing is unorganized with several message indicating different days and times, last minute changes. I have not been impressed this year. I do not sit by my email waiting for changes. No one seems to to be able to out date time and location in one message. Ridiculous

Yes WAVA K-12 has been good experience. My son has been happy attending online classes. Only thing would be to.make register little better to understand.

Amazing teachers go above and beyond to ensure your child succeeds.

Easy to work with and get signed up with. The steps were very easy! Extremely satisfied and can’t wait to start the next school year for my son to start online school.

This year y’all are doing with teaching and all that, my child loves this school and makes great grades.

Y’all need updated system or security on these computers, these kids can go to chat rooms using one time chat codes and talk to anyone. Some of these kids are not in your school or over 18 even, kids that have been kicked out…. We called y’all’s IT department and they were not much help at all. It was block everything or nothing at all which included my child from doing school work…… We had to pay to block what y’all could not ! You all should already have that under control for the safety of the child and children in this school.
Google Chat & Meet and several other sites probably you need to figure out. We can only watch so much, the school should be doing it too.

K-12 Zone is a safe place, y’all need to hire people and figure it out to make it more social for the kids in a safe way all the way through senior year. This is a fantastic school and I hope it continues for the kids.

The communication through emails was very helpful.

I loved Carolus online academy. My son attended for 2 years and is scheduled to graduate in a few weeks.

We love KYVA. We are looking forward to next year. The teachers and other staff actually care about the students and the parents. They listen to what everyone has to say and help where they can. Can’t wait for next school year with KYVA
