Poor communication when it comes to teachers. Takes forever to get resolutions or replies back. Administration on different levels do not work together. It’s separate. The counselor, advisors do not interact with each person se. as a parent I had to reach out individually. Doesn’t go the extra mile for students. They want parents and students to give up. I will continue to advocate for my child. Dealt with this from Nov 2025 through April 2026

An honest opinion
The only wonderful experience of this school year has been the teachers. With the continuous issues with the new platform, I am very grateful for the patient and understanding teachers. I wish we could just go back to the previous online platform though. This new one is confusing and a waste of time. Half of the time the classes and assignments have to be hunted down, and usually found after it's already late. The old OLS was perfect and did not need to be replaced. Every class, assignment and student was on one page-one platform. Easy is not a word for this current school year.

All of the staff are very helpful
All of the staff are very helpful. Julie Hostettler was a godsend when my father in law passed away, she checked on us frequently and showed that she really cared. She has been so helpful with anything we may need.

We love K12 , we have been with K12 for 7 years. I love they can work ahead. My Autistic daughter has really excelled . Both my children love K12. I like the fact they can get extra help when needed and the teachers are fantastic.

I enjoyed the fact that my kids were safe at home while learning. The most disappointing thing is the counselor for my Senior never responds to my phone calls or emails. Not just one time but numerous times I have never received a response to my phone calls or emails. Very disappointing especially because I need answers to my questions for my Senior.

Well I love the online schooling and so does my boy when I can get on to put his attendance in . Also his test he went then was to make up his 1st test he missed a week ago was to be back at 12:30 an no one was there they were all gone
