Great service, no problems
Was easy to order my items off the site and they arrived very quickly. Were as described. I have taken one star for a small point as I could have done with a few more pictures of the item.

Did not want to sell
They did not want to close the deal, but referred me to a (useless) danish distributor. Very unsatisfactory! Fortunately I found another english shop that wanted to sell the product

We are sorry you were disappionted by our service. We always refer customers outside the UK to their local supplier to help avoid shipping costs. We are sorry this did not work out for you. Kind regards Justoffbase

BRILLANT
Thought I would need a new 24v battery drill, but discovered the switch was breaking down. I spoke to draper on 23rd December - who were extremely helpful and purchased a new switch, not only for it to arrive the next day. I had visions of waiting to the new year for the component, which would of made life a right hassle as I use the drill every day, so a BIG thumbs up
