The online returns process is extremely disappointing. If you return an online purchase by mail, you have to pay the return postage yourself. If you choose to return it in-store, you're only offered store credit instead of a refund.
This policy is frustrating and feels unfair, especially when many other online retailers provide at least one free return for online orders. Shopping online means you can't always judge the fit or quality until the item arrives, so a customer-friendly returns policy is important.
I won't be shopping online with Just Jeans again with their returns policy. Very disappointing experience.

I was directed out of the store by a shop assistant for being too large and told to go to Suzannes. I AM SIZE 16 and was wearing your product at the time! I put in a complaint to just jeans via fb, received no response. Sent another 10 fb messages and 2 emails only to get a generic, we will contact you shortly email. THEY NEVER GET BACK TO YOU. Please DO NOT attend a Just Jeans store if you are even slightly overweight. They will humilate you in front if other shoppers and by the lack of response its clear they condone this type of body shaming. I have lodged a report with The Anti Discrimination Board. Worst customer service in the history of customer service.
Purchased a specific pair of jeans…
Purchased a specific pair of jeans online. Same brand and style as previous pairs I've owned. I discovered after the first wear that the length is about 1 inch longer than my existing pairs.
Contacted customer service. They took nearly two weeks to reply. Didn't read my email and simply replied with a standard off-the-shelf ChatGPT-written response. Not helpful or couldn't care. Tried another email. No reply.

Bought one pair of jeans online
Bought one pair of jeans online. They were the perfect length for a short woman. So I decided to order 2 more of the exact same brand and size. They were both too long!
Yes I did confirm they were exactly the same as the first one!
No response to my email after a month. Very disappointed. It's hard to find the right length jeans. I washed them before wearing without trying them on because I expected them to be the same
Horrible customer service
Returned a pair of jeans for a refund but over a month later I got no email response from Just Jeans. Had to wait ages on the phone to speak to some poor customer service rep overseas who put me on hold (twice!) for even longer. All around horrible, it shouldn't take this long to give people their money back. Plus the jeans I ordered (Levi's) were already fraying at the seams. The en$hi**ification continues, this was certainly the last time I ordered anything from the Just Group.

Customer service is a shambles ever since Just Jeans was brought under the Myer group.
In January, I returned an online order as per the instructions on their website to their warehouse via post. Had to follow up via email several times to get a refund. After initial confirmation of the refund being initiated, the refund did not come through and had to follow up again. In the end, the refund came through in the first week of March.
On a separate order placed last month, one item was not dispatched with the order but the item has not been refunded and I have not been advised on whether it will be shipped separately. I have sent several follow up emails and have had no response yet.
Returning products in store is a nightmare because the staff either make excuses to not process the return (such as payment was made via PayPal so we can't process the return in store) or they are really rude and unwilling to assist with returns. I have been made to feel like I am a nuisance or annoyance on several occasions. If you don't want to process returns for online orders in store, maybe don't retail online at all. These incidents are not isolated to one store.
Something has to change. I cannot trust this brand with my money anymore.
Extremely disappointed
The items I bought are definitely not worth the price, but the real issue is the customer service. They are completely unresponsive to emails and refuse to take responsibility for faulty or low-grade stock. Save your time and shop elsewhere.
Best Customer Service
I walked into Just Jeans North Lakes for a quick look at some Levi’s jeans for my son. Although they didn’t have the 516 in his size, Mandy quickly pivoted and suggested the 514, confidently guiding me on sizing and fit. She also introduced me to the new stone colour, which I ended up purchasing.
While assisting me, she noticed I was wearing the navy Girlfriend Shorts and asked if I had seen the new cinnamon colour. Of course, I hadn’t — and thanks to her enthusiasm and product knowledge, I purchased those as well!
Mandy clearly loves her job. Her friendly, proactive approach and genuine passion made the whole experience enjoyable and effortless. She’s a real asset to your team.

I visited the Bendigo store on the 5/11/25 and was greeted straight away with a friendly smile and hello. They allowed me time to look around (which I really appreciated because there’s nothing worse than being pounced on as soon as you walk in the door). I asked the store person if they had Levi’s and of course they did but I was looking in the wrong spot. This lady knew her Levi’s too! There was a special on. Buy one get another 50% off! Perfect. The same deal at Jays Jays were I bought casual daily jeans but here I wanted going out jeans. The other colour I wanted wasn’t in stock so the lady looked it up and arranged for me to have them delivered to my home! Perfect!
I asked for her name which was Amanda. Then she asked for mine and introduced me to the store manager Mel. We had some to and fro light hearted banter. From go to woe, Amanda was very attentive to me. There was honest genuine feedback on the garments I chose too.
With my wonderful experience I had just received from another store and then walking into this store and experiencing the same experience was very overwhelming for me and I broke down. It was so embarrassing and in front of strangers. My life has been hell this year to the point that I don’t leave my house and question life itself. I purchase clothing online instead. But I really needed to try jeans on in person so outside I went!
Both Amanda and Mel were so comforting and me showed compassion and kindness. Keep being your authentic selves ladies. Love your work. Ps. Apparently my daughter is in there a lot and said yes mum they’re awesome! 🥰

What an absolute disgraceful customer service. Bought jeans online that arrived with a small hole i sent them back at my expense. They received back on 21st oct and i wanted an exchange pair. After ringing nz call centre which is in the Philippines and many emails later i finally got a refund on the 3rd nov. Couldnt exchange because they had none left in my size. Even contacted the auckland regional manager and didnt even have the decency to get back to me like he said he would. Dont deal with just jeans online its not worth you time
Be careful when choosing
Be very careful when purchasing dresses from Just Jeans. I bought a dress and after one wash it shrunk! It was washed in cold water so no reason for it to shrink. If I had known that I would have not purchased the dress. They could have put a warning on the tag instead of inside the dress!
I have had better quality dresses from other stores; this company is turning into a fast fashion company.

Friendly instore, great deals but be aware of lengthy online returns.
So friendly & helpful instore. They go out of their way to help you find what you need. They often have great deals if you buy two pairs of jeans. Their selection is impressive in larger stores.
Buying online is a different story. Be aware that any returns shipping must be fully paid for and then expect to wait weeks for a refund. Make sure you send anything back with registered post just in case.

I was going to Just Jeans to buy a new pair of jeans and i had never gotten myself a pair before. i looked in the women’s section and new that i would be uncomfortable in women’s jeans so i went to the men’s section and was looking. then the worker comes over and tell me the women’s section is somewhere else. i then walked over to the women’s section and just browsed what they had. then i decided to try a few pairs on and the women there was saying that whatever jeans she gave me made me look fat. i have wide hips and big thighs so its hard for me to find the right size. i decided then that i wouldn't find the help that i needed so i left. i felt so insecure and anxious walking out of the store and i felt so down about myself. i went somewhere else and was able to find what i needed and had a better experience elsewhere.

Terrible shipping
I was looking online got the sale price ordered. It have paid $10 for shipping. It’s taken over three weeks to get here when I could’ve walked three blocks down at the storefront and got it. I will never use her online service again terrible.
Terrible customer service
Terrible customer service, I returned items, paid for all with afterpay, I am getting a refund of $15, I paid $89 for my items, not happy, I sent back items they are happy to keep whilst I paid full price for. Never ever will I shop there again, Terrible customer service and no help whatsoever.
