The purse fell apart day two. The handles fell off the hard ware just fell off. . I liked the look of the purse so I was able to repair it and use it as a cross body purse. The lining soon ripped . I was able to use it for three months the leather strap broke. A purse that was supposably reduced from a $200 to $65 because they were retiring ... The purse wasn't worth $10 . I've bought cheaper purses that have lasted longer.

this person is a fraudulent scammer, telling people that he or she "makes" these quality real leather handbags. I immediately contacted my credit card to evoke the transaction as the bag i received was flimsy pleather. This person should be shut down and arrested for their scamming people out of their money. I have been following this website for MONTHS! The "owner" is now stating that they have cancer and that is why they are going out of business which is a bunch of bs!! 4 months ago, this was not the reason they were going out of business. This person should be fined and jailed for stealing and scamming peoples money. I took photos of what the owner sent me and sent it in to my credit card company along with screen shots of what the website stated we would recive. To the owner of Junie's boutique, if your'e reading this, you will get into trouble for what youv'e done. Theres no way someone can do this and not get caught. Shame on you! Thankfully i was able to get my money back from this scam, but others may not be so lucky!!!

I had to choose a star in order to write this review, but I would have not chosen even 1 star for this CRAP! What a scam! Horrible, cheaply made product that fell apart after 2 uses. A friend was so excited to share her discovery of this site and had ordered a leather purse and wallet a few
days earlier (product had not arrived yet). She was compelled to share the site with me and convinced me to also purchase a purse and wallet. It took forever to arrive and then once it did, piece by piece, the purse fell apart to the point that after less than a week the plastic pieces (should have been metal) that kept the handles on fell off rendering it useless. Then the front pockets came unstitched. Also….real leather? Please! This all makes me so angry because there is no return policy.

First clue was they sent a tracking number that did not exist in the carrier's system. When I tried to re-access their web site my antivirus would not allow connection due to security risk. I filed a dispute with my card company. Several weeks later the product finally arrived it was a cheap vinyl replica of the advertised product. Weeks later their site was again accessible, so I requested a refund. Their policy promised a response withing 24 hours. It has now been 10 days with no response. My card company in turn notified me that Junieboutique had responded with proof of delivery so they removed the dispute. The only defense seems to be buyer beware and don't get fooled by a slick web site.

I'm so sickened by this company, and the fact the internet keeps them up is even worse. They won't respond to me after I returned the items. They are so disgusting and a huge scam. I wish I could sue them

Their bags are really very poor quality. They lied about their products. They are not l leather. Faux leather.

I have ordered 4 hand bags and gave two as gifts for Christmas. This is not a scam. The hand bags are leather and beautiful. November

Hello everyone ,I did not know the seller was scammer until my husband saw all of messages you post .Thanks for speaking up.

I am Chinese in USA and paid for one bag on 12-21-2025. I got an email from the scammer who wrote my bag was on the way . However, I never receive the bag and sent two emails but no respond. yesterday I sent the 3rd email to their official email. I got an respond :Your message wasn't delivered to donnamade1 because the address couldn't be found, or is unable to receive mail.

I told my husband and he found all of reviews from you all .
I called to Capital one and they handle well for giving me a new card and refund the money I paid.
I also filled a complain to ReportFraud.ftc.gov is the federal government's website where you can report fraud, scams, and bad business practices.

The wallet looked years old after less than one month use. The straps on the bag came apart at the rivets.

Junie refused to send new rivets but did offer to replace the bag AT A COST TO ME!!!!

A total scam of what looked to be Italian leather with “junie” the owner on the website and hounding emails. Do not buy from them. You have to mail the cheap merchandise back to China for more money than you paid for it. Go to Marshals- you’ll do better.

I also fell for the Italian bag designer that was wanting to retire and sell her remaining inventory. When the handbags arrived, they were nothing like the website showed and were, in fact, plastic and vinyl, and sub-par at that.

The website has now gone, of course, and Junie Boutique has stopped responding to emails. I contacted Citi to get my money refunded, because these idiots tried to offer me a 10% discount if I kept their garbage. When I refused they tried the threats of how much it would be in tariffs and other charges to return handbags to China - bags that were supposed to be coming from Italy. When you point out the obvious to these scammers they stop responding.

It's a total rip off and I guess the Chinese scammers still think Americans won't do anything about it.

This is a scam… cheap pocketbook… not leather at all.. was told to send pictures to them of the pocketbook that was defected…told them I wanted a refund and they said they were sending the pictures over to the warehouse and a refund would be given. Never received a refund. Website is gone. Fran

I actually got the link from Good Morning Americas Deals and Steals. I purchased a bunch of handbags thinking they were leather and they were going out of business as that's what their fake website said. Some BS about an older woman retiring. I am also currently asking my credit card company to refund me. As everybody has said the website is no longer there. If they do reach out to you for a refund if you return the product, don't do it! Do not support them to continue on with this fraud!

Do not trust this company. Junie Boutique uses misleading advertisements to sell low-quality products. I purchased a bag after seeing an ad claiming a longtime seller was “retiring” and offering huge discounts. This story is clearly used to create false trust.
The bag I received was wrong color, extremely poor quality, and nothing like what was advertised.
When I tried to return it, I discovered the real issue: their refund policy is designed to trap customers. They refused a full refund and instead offered 10%, then 15%, then 20% back — only if I kept the bag. To return it, they demanded that I ship it back to China and pay for all shipping and customs, which would cost more than the item itself.
This leaves customers with no real option but to accept a partial refund. I paid $60 for a bag I cannot use and may get only about $12 back.
This feels deceptive, unethical, and intentional. If you are considering buying from Junie Boutique, be aware: once they have your money, getting it back is nearly impossible. Buy elsewhere.

Total scam! These products are not real leather - and they had a fake person on advertisement who was reportedly "retiring". Unable to receive refund without threats of high cost for shipment and no return label. Delay in emails until almost over 30 days. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!

My son bought me a bag for Christmas... Because I feel for the "retirement story" too. It's a scam, not leather, no physical address, no phone number, no way to make contact. Trying to dispute the charge through the bank, since it's obviously fraudulent advertising. I feel horrible that my son bought this piece of garbage and is out $60. I won't quit until he gets a refund. 👎👎👎

I was also scammed by this company - said I could return in 30 days. Just received bag and not leather at all - inside zippers are cheap and flimsy. I tried to log onto website - no longer available. Saw ad on FB really wish these social platforms would screen out scammers like this. I even hesitated to buy at first and then was offered a discount days later so - like a fool - I bought the bag! I have never bought anything from FB ad before but they conned me into believing the crafter was retiring! Will see if I can get credit card company to decline payment. Will never buy from any advertisers on FB again. Lesson learned!
