De koekjes worden door dhl bezorgd
De koekjes worden door dhl bezorgd, waardoor ze kapot binnen je brievenbus komen en als het pakket om 15 uur maandag klaar staat voor verzending en het komt pas woensdag om 19 uur bij mij binnen dan zijn ze ook niet meer al te vers.

This is an absolute pity to hear. We put our trust in DHL as our courier to deliver on time within 1-2 business days and with care. We are very sorry to hear they did not deliver your box of cookies on time or with care. We have now stopped using DHL as our courier.
The cookies are delicious
The cookies are delicious! The only negative comment I have is about the shipping. The order was placed on a Tuesday, and my brother did not receive them until the following Monday. I was sent an email saying they would be delivered on Thursday.

Thank you for your review. Unfortunately, DHL did not follow through with delivering in a timely manner. We sent the package on-time and expected the box to be delivered within 2 business days, however DHL was having some sort of technical problems and didn't deliver their items on time that week. I hope they have resolved their problems otherwise will have to use a different carrier. Our apologies, but unfortunately that was out of our control. Glad to her your brother liked his cookies. :-)

A heart shaped cookie cake to share with friends!
I was inspired to do something different for my son’s class for Valentine’s Day, and a heart shaped cookie cake to share with friends sounded perfect! It was adorable and delicious ( so the kids tell me 😁) .

Grateful to have found Julie's American Cookies! I live in the US and have ordered a couple of times for my son who is studying in Delft. It makes him feel a little less far from home. I live in the US and need a gift for my son and daughter-in-law living in the Netherlands
I placed a order for my son and daughter-in-laws second anniversary. They loved the gift. It was easy to order online. I appreciated that they had comments section to add extra notes for delivery. I liked that you could request to have them individually wrapped for freshness. Delivery was quick. Most important, the cookies and brownies were delicious!
