Excellent customer service and contact…
Excellent customer service and contact before during and after ordering. Delivery experience was great too although I had to wait a little longer than I would have liked for a delivery slot. This said, when they came the delivery men were excellent and made sure the chairs were placed in the room and took all packaging with them.

Great efforts but let down on delivery
I can't fault them on their sales efforts. They went out of their way to meet with us, spent time, and were friendly. Easily contactable. The only negative was that we were let down on the delivery so a bit of a wasted day by being given the wrong date.

Great products at competitive prices. Friendly communication about the order and delivery. An item was missing when it arrived at Julia Jones; I was asked if I wanted the available items to be delivered, and for the missing item to be sent separately at a later date. I chose for all the items to be delivered at the same time.
