The original query was handled promptly, the order arrived in the U.K. on time. There was a problem that was down to the carrier but it was resolved quickly. Zeta kept us informed throughout the whole process.

Very impressed overall with my first experience of purchasing furniture from Julia Jones. Customer service was excellent; helpful, timely, professional and clear communication at all times.
Very happy with the Fama armchair that I purchased, fantastic choice of fabrics and so great to order a bespoke piece of furniture, the website was easy to navigate too. So happy with the chair, its of great quality, comfortable to sit in and a work of art in its own right.
The delivery service was excellent also with the team showing the same level of professionalism and efficiency.

Excellent customer service
I had particular difficulties as wanted the furniture delivered before I had an op as I wouldn't as able to lift it after the op. Zeta was incredibly helpful, checking on the delivery and keeping me informed, ensuring that it would be delivered in time. She took the stress away, I can't thank her enough!
The furniture is wonderful, comfortable and to a very high standard.
I can highly recommend Julia Jones, really appreciate everything you have done for me.

Simply superb customer service service
Sometimes you find a company that are so passionate, and dedicated to their product and customers, that it almost takes your breath away.
I live in N. Ireland and contacted numerous companies, about delivering a Nardi table and chair set, to my address. Most didn’t even reply buy I got an email from Zeta at 8.30pm saying she would get a quote to me.
It was sorted out a couple of days later with detailed communication and a phone call.
You made my shopping experience that little bit easier, so thank you Zeta and Rob.
