Julia Jones Omdömen

Excellent customer service from Rob and Zeta. Fabric samples sent quickly and fast email responses and call backs regarding any queries on my order. Really pleased with the overall service from Julia Jones and will definitely use them again

I discovered recliner chairs by Fama after visiting a cousin of mine. They are modern and stylish just what I was looking for. I found their website and contacted them via a message portal. I had a prompt reply via email and discussed what I was looking at. There is an absolute abundance of choices in the materials, not just colours but also designs from quietly understated to the more brighter and bold designs. Wanting a leather finish I managed to choose 4 colours that were close in colour to my other sofa. They sent the swatches with a stamped return envelope and 1 swatch matched my sofa exactly.
They were great at getting a quote to me quickly. There were no issues paying the 50% deposit. They double checked the colour I wanted and placed my order. The order did arrive with them in 10 weeks, and we managed to schedule a delivery for them to deliver from Wales to Cambridgeshire. Delivery was great and the guys set the chair up and explained everything. I was able to go to you tube and see the various chairs etc they had and decide from there. I have the Adan recliner in the wider version and it's just lovely. Would definitely recommend for those who want a reclining chair that are modern and stylish.

Excellent product coupled with excellent customer service.

Our second purchase. Colour matched to our first. Superb friendly and knowledgeable service. Efficient delivery and assembly. Good quality product. Will use again.

Always helpful advice and pleased with the products purchased. Delivered quickly and before Christmas

Fab service

From start to finish my experience was excellent. Lots of swatches provided and advice given about colour matching. No sense of pressure to place an order and Zeta even honoured the summer discount for me! Win win. The guys who delivered and assembled were amazing too. Thank you so much. Would defo recommend this company and the product. Over the moon.

Warm welcome. No pressure sale. Excellent product knowledge.
They sell a great product backed up with first-class delivery service. Lovely people as well!

Responded quickly to all queries. The chair we bought was cheaper from Julia Jones than other retailers. It arrived when they said it would!

Zeta was fantastic. Nothing was a problem. The customer service was so good we travelled from Halifax to buy the furniture instead of buying locally

Always a great experience ordering from Julia Jones. Zeta is always extremely helpful and efficient. Great products and great service!

The chair was delivered very promptly and professionally. The chair is extremely comfortable and beautiful. The leather is thick and of the most beautiful colour.

Order placed promptly and arrived earlier than expected.
Thank you

Great service. Don't live near so we had a video call to see the items in real life.
Great communication throughout and the delivery was also excellent with furniture assembled and packaging taken away.
Would definitely buy from them again.

Excellent service from both Zeta & Rob. Very knowledgeable about their products and received great customer care. Would highly recommend and have no hesitation buying from them again.

Not used before, impressed with customer service, everything delivered as expected and in line with expectations

Amazing Service. Clear and precise information and we love the chair.

Very help in choosing the right design and colour, and kept us informed of the delivery dates. Excellent quality furniture

Just a great company. They kept me up to date with every development and solved any issue that arose. They've been really helpful making the whole process a positive one.

The chairs themselves are really well made and are soo comfortable. To the point where I ended up sleeping in one on the first night! It would be an understatement to say they're worth every penny.

I can only highly recommend Julia Jones. Brilliant all round.
