Visited Skipton whilst on holiday and came across the shop. Purchase two shirts the assistant was really helpful on sizing and they fitted perfect. Quality and design excellent.

I cannot rate this shop highly enough. The choice of suits, waistcoats and shirts is great but more than this the service is excellent. On this occasion we were shopping for my child's prom suit with extras for a future family wedding. James took the lead organising sizing, fitting etc even suggesting where we could find shoes in the available time (too short to order from them) and he was ably assisted by George whilst Lerone helped me to relax, I was emotional! Graduation and prom were a mighty success and we cannot thank all the staff enough. In my opinion I don't know why you would choose anywhere else.

Second time buying a suit from here. Both occasions the service was great, the staff helped me identify what would look good and the prices are very reasonable for a 3 piece suit

Excellent service on a rather inclement day in Skipton, went in to peruse their rather nice shirts while the Mrs and our hound waited outside in the rain, was advised by the owner that they are dog friendly and invited them inside.
Highly recommended for their service, made a fuss of my Weimaraner and offered him a few treats after asking.
Real pleasure to have been a customer and will defo pop in again the next time we are in Skipton.

James was so helpful and went out of his way to ensure my son’s new suit fitted correctly and gave advice on matching shirt and waistcoat. He gave us the address of a shirt supplier due to not selling a shirt with long sleeves. I would definitely recommend Jenson Samuel

The service at Jenson Samuel is second to none! The staff are amazing, polite and helpful. The clothing quality is outstanding and size guide is really helpful.

Size guidance was hoplessly incorrect measured in inches it was 4-6 inches out from what their size guide stated. had to pay to return shirt so left out of pocket because they don’t know how long an inch is, would not advise and will never be using again.

This was my second visit to Skipton and first to Jenson Samuel Shirts. It won't be my last to either.
We were visiting Skipton on a pub crawl and looked in the shop window on our way to the first pub. Decided to go in and was impressed that the shop was bigger inside than it appeared from outside, and what a selection of shirts they had.
James was really helpful and patient as I tried on various sizes until I got the right ones.
Bought 2 shirts and a tweed blazer.
Also tried on some shoes, but unfortunately my feet are quite wide and we couldn't find any wide enough. James however, suggested a shoe shop in town where I would find some wider shoes.
Purchases completed James offered to keep them in the shop for us whilst we had a drink or two and collect them on the way home, which we did.
Good old fashioned service with a smile.

Went with my wife just to have a browse around. What an excellent shop. Felt relaxed looking around. Good value for money on quality products.

James helped put me in the right suit for a formal occasion I’m going to. He was very friendly and just by looking he got the sizes spot on. I have been here a few times for shirts which there is a great selection of choices. I also have another suit and boots. The quality on all of the items are excellent. I highly recommend to go here for any occasion whether formal or casual you will get what you are looking for with great customer service

I’m shocked and let down. £10.63 for men’s braces which looked lovely online. Packet came looking cheap and what made it worse is they kept the PRICE STICKER on which said £2.99!! Con and really let down. Won’t be buying from here again.

My husband and I visited Jenson Samuel to get a suit for a wedding. We were able to buy the whole outfit at a very reasonable price buying their own brand. The quality is superb and the service amazing. Nothing was too much trouble. Modern designs with old fashioned service. We will be shopping here in future what a find.

Not often I write reviews for companies, but i would just like to say how happy I am with my purchase. I ordered 3 shirts for my husband for his birthday... He absolutely loves them. My order arrived a day before it was supposed to which is a bonus. The shirts are true to size and very fashionable. Very pleased.

Ordered a Marc Darcy dion three piece suit and it arrived the following day! Had to exchange the trousers but the customer service was excellent throughout! Definitely will shop here again for future events. Great company, friendly staff and an all round easy experience.

Cannot fault them and George with helping us for our wedding. We had five, 3 piece suits, with shirts, trousers and accessories. All went perfectly, until one of my groomsmen, who was coming from the USA had his luggage and suit lost by the airline. Rang the store up and George, who was on his day off managed to sort a replacement suit for my bestman a day before the wedding. The wedding went perfectly and we all looked amazing.

All the staff have been friendly and helpful throughout, so a big thank you to all at the store.

My husband bought a 3 piece suit on line. Unfortunately when it arrived the trousers and waistcoat were too big. We made the decision to travel to their store in Skipton to get fitted properly before a wedding we were are attending this weekend.
I contacted customer care and they were so helpful. They made sure the store had the sizes in stock and went out their way to send what they didn’t have in to the store.
On arrival at the store there were no hitches. The stock we required had been sent there. The store representatives were an absolute pleasure and so helpful! Really professional business providing top quality suits! My husband is so pleased with his suit. He also managed to order one of their shirts that has been delivered to us on time. I really can’t praise this company enough. I would highly recommend!

I've bought a few items from Jenson Samuel Shirts now. Each time I am pleasantly surprised by the experience in comparison with other businesses.

It is clear they have given a lot of thought to what people want in a number of ways and this makes dealing with them easy and clear.

They have great products and the quality of them is extremely high. There are great options in on how to pay and speed of delivery.

You're notified at several points in the journey so you know exactly what is happening from order being placed, shipped with tracking references etc.

It may seem like a little point, but the packaging the products come in too is excellent. It reaffirms your belief that you have a good quality product from a good quality business.

I even had to return an item a couple of time before I got the right size (my fault not theirs). There was no complaining, just fast turnarounds to get me what I needed.

Definitely worth a try if you are shopping around and arent sure which to choose. You will not regret trying these guys.
