Fantastic support helping me troubleshoot a dock that wasn't working correctly. We were able to determine the problem together and it was decided that a replacement unit was needed. They sent the replacement and it worked perfectly.

It was a really good product. And they resolved my issue very quickly. I would 100% recommend buying this product.

Bought a screen protector for my legion go on Amazon, both screen protectors failed so I contacted jsaux, they immediately sent me another one no questions asked.

My right grip on Nintendo Switch 2 case broke within warranty. After I contacted JSAUX support, they sent me a new one without any questions. All it took was to sent some photo of broken one.

I recently got a Steam deck. Did some research as wanted some accessories. Found out about JSAUX. I bought there carrying case, a dock, there mod case and power bank. On delivery of the power bank it wouldn't power on, I tried for a few days to get it to work with no luck. I contracted JSAUX support and next day received a response asking me to try a few things, none worked, I responded advising none worked abd included a shortly video as this is what I was asked to do. They emailed back next say advising they would despatch a replacement. Next day got an email from courier advising they are expecting my parcel. Amazing service, very professional, very quick and prompt. The items I have received are great and the after sales service are some of the very best I have received ever.

My Steam Deck dock started acting up and wouldn't show any output. I contacted jsaux support and after a little troubleshooting they sent out a new unit very quickly. The support representative was fast, friendly and polite. Thankyou jsaux!

Great company. Great products. Even better support. I signed up for an additional 6 months of warranty. Oke of my devices stopped working after a year and they replaced it with no questions.

I'm grateful I was able to get a replacement item, but the support person did require me to go through some troubleshooting steps that were irrelevant to my particular issue.

I had an issue with one of my charger cables I had received from Amazon, I've bought these cables several times before as I love the product. But unfortunately one was faulty, so I Contacted customer support to sort a replacement. This is where I received such great customer service and politeness from a member of staff called Ashley, what an absolute credit she/he is to the company. They had sorted a replacement promptly without hesitation and let me know they would be sending one out straight away. Nothing was too much trouble for Ashley..

Overall first class experience from company and customer service especially. I've always used you, but life long supporter of your products now if they are suitable to my needs.

I had a piece of a bigger product breqk of, i just wanted information on where or how i could replace it if possible. They just gave me a new one. What's better is that they were super professional, quick and polite.

I bough a usb c hub for my steam deck that for some reason stopped working properly so I reached out to JSAUX for a replacement and they sent me a new one which seems to be working better now. Their response and turnaround time has been very fast and I was able to get a replacement within a few days after showing proof it wasn’t working. All in all, I would definitely recommend JSAUX just for their customer service alone.

I bought a battery upgrade for the ROG Ally, great product, installation guide, accessories. Unfortunately half a year later the battery completely died, no reseating, updating or light sensor fiddling did the trick.

Luckily JSAUX were forthcoming and acknowledge their faulty battery and immediately sent a new, which has been working so far. Great customer support 🙌
