As with others - not replying to emails, not answering phone. Not sure what's going on, but not good!

Unable to get hold of Joshi Repair, they have had my motherboard since March, the last update I had was over 6 weeks ago, no reply to emails. Given the other lack of responses, I'm not hopeful of getting my motherboard back.

Unable to get in touch with JoshiRepair on the status of my RTX 3090 repair. Shipped it to them in late January, opted for the normal service. They reached out to me early March, before they went on a break, after inspecting my card. I requested their suggested repair to be carried out, which they acknowledged, and said would be completed the week after March 21st, which is when they would be back from the break. However since then to now there's been complete silence from their side, and they haven't responded to my mails on the status of the repair.

No idea what's happening, I've just seen another person on this site with the same experience, and it's concerning.

Previously booked a great 4090 repair with Joshirepair in winter 2024

and booked a 5090 repair in Feb 2026 on expedited service for £250 had no issue with them having their time off and expected delays.

But I've tried to reach out by Phone/Whatsapp and email (on multiple services) with no responses regarding the status of my order from Feb 20th.

I don't know what's going on but when you have no response after a month a loss of patience can be expected. I've tried reaching out multiple times, and have now raised a dispute with paypal and will leave a negative review here.

I was just after a status update and didn't get one after being told they were heading back into the office 20th march time to continue repairs, then radio silence since.

My first experience was great with them and they did the repairs in about 3 weeks, but I don't know what's going on... some sort of update on the website/phone/email or an update for my order status would have been appreciated, but nothing.

I've had to escalate it here and on paypal just to try and get a response at this point.

So I paid £250 for the expedited service and was expecting to pay another £450 for a successful repair or whatever the additional costs were for an unsuccessful repair, but I've heard absolutely nothing either way, and they still have the GPU....

Repaired bent pins on my motherboard, excellent service. It was sent out and back within 4 weeks.

Excellent service. Sent two motherboards for repair. Received a full report, with one of the boards being beyond repair. Both boards returned followed by a partial refund. Couldn't have asked for a better service.

Brought a refurbished GPU on ebay 8 months ago this has become faulty and they are refusing to acknowledge the warranty that is stated in ebay rules that any refurbished item comes with a 12 month warranty i have given them every opportunity to help and sort this peacefully and quickly but they just say these cards often just break it's your fault

I emailed Abdullah about my failing 3080 Ti and got a quick response explaining what was likely wrong and how much it would cost me.
Paid through the site and sent my card off, and it was back in my hands about 2 weeks later, good as new!

Understandably, sending off a card for repair is a little stressful. You're putting a lot of trust in a company to give you your card back in good working order and without tacking on extra fees. After watching the videos and seeing Abdullah take the time to explain and involve me in the process, I felt assured, and I can't recommend them enough.

Thank you so much, I ordered a part from Joshi repairs and the part worked just fine and I even had some support for questions that I have. You can 100% trust them and know your items are in safe hands or receive genuine items if you ever purchase from them.

Bought some microscope/electronics parts from Joshi Repair for my own home repair kit and received items very quickly. Arrived well packed and along with a couple of extra consumables too.

Bought a GPU from Joshi Repair on eBay, it was the cheapest 2080ti I could find but it arrived quickly and works perfectly fine, runs cooler than I expected for a blower card. Would recommend

I bought a graphics card from theis company and had a fantastic experience from beginning to end. The item was sent very fast and it was packaged extremely well. I had been looking for this graphics card for a while, but they were all so expensive, until this one showed up. It was at least £250 cheaper than any of the other cards of this type I saw on eBay. The card was in immaculate condition, and worked perfectly. Their reputation is definitely deserved and I would have no hesitation recommending them.

Heavily recommend the service were able to restore my GPU to like new performance from initially not even loading into display. They have been both super helpful, understanding and patient. As well as very quick delivery back and proper care in the packaging.
