Having arrived at the Jorvik Southampton showroom apprehensive about whether I could control an electric trike and not be a danger on the roads, I was reassured by Terry who gave calm and helpful advice and got me riding. He has great experience of all things bike and cyclist and was able to work out which trike would suit me best. They have an impressive range of e-trikes there to try out on a well setup safe indoor track, so it’s perfect for getting that absolutely vital opportunity to ‘try before you buy’ - and quite fun too. Outstanding service. Knowledgeable staff and super helpful. Placed an order on a Saturday afternoon and my tricycle arrived the following Thursday. Amazing.
Extremely well packed in a very strong box attached to a wooden pallet. Delivery drivers very careful and placed it in my front garden. Unboxed and assembled in less than and hour! Thank you to the team at Jorvik Tricycles for making the whole experience so pleasurable.

The staff when Gary tried the freedom were very good payments got a bit mixed up and delivery time could be more detailed ie you will have it in thee days and not the date it leaves jorvok

I travelled for 3 hours from sevenoaks…
I travelled for 3 hours from sevenoaks to test ride the trike and was offered tea or coffee as soon as I arrived. I was shown how to use the trike by a very patient man [unfortunately didn't take his name]
I then rode the trike several times around the test track. Everything was explained to me very clearly.
I received the trike within 8 days and have been out on it for the first time today. A little scary at first - but soon got used to it. Looking forward to lots of adventures.

After having been unwell for 6 years with balance issues and unable to walk any distance
I seen an averted for a E trike and being a cyclist over the years I bought one with 2 batteries so I started using it on the towpath untill I got used to it.I nowadays go cycling with my club mates and cover 50 miles at the weekends they are a brilliant bike

I bought a JMT003 5 years and use it…
I bought a JMT003 5 years and use it every day for work. After 5 years a motor bearing went and I was able to ship it back for repair. The advice was helpful and the part was returned in good condition

Jorvik Southampton - brilliant!
On our two visits to Jorvik Southampton, Jake and the other staff could not have been more helpful. The showroom is immaculate, with seating, refreshments (& loos!), and the trial ride set up is great, although obviously no hills to try.
Despite some issues with correct specifications due to changes on Jorvik's website, Jake persevered to get us the information we wanted, and went out of his way to ensure our delivery/collection needs would be sorted.
The mobility status of the trikes meant that buying without VAT was very simple, not requiring lengthy form filling as can sometimes happen.
Very good warranties on the products.
All in all, an excellent experience & I am now looking forward to riding my new trike.

I purchased my first trike in 2019 a Jorvik Odin Mountain Bike Trike I am on my third one now a Jorvik JMT3 - 5 the Trike s have been great as the Customer Service Team nothing is a problem to them.

Am now 200 miles on my tricycle takes some getting use to have now mastered the pedal speed for all the gears nice and steady fast peddling doesn’t increase speed .change up gears nice and steady fast.am now really feeling the benefits health wise and fitness’

Well worth a visit to there showroom no high pressure sales methods you have a 1 hour appointment and an indoor track to practice on .but get some miles done on cycle tracks slow and easy before building your speed up 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🤩🍪👌🏴

Jake was fantastic and really, really helpful! He talked us thoroughly through the bike and advised us on which was the best trike for my 86 year old mother-in-law! He let us test ride it as much as we like and showed us how to fold it, as well as how to use all the controls etc.
We can’t recommend him enough.

Fantastic experience
From the start of the process the team at Jorvik, both in person at the Southampton showroom and on the helpline, could have not been more helpful. Everything was tailored to my needs (stroke survivor with right side limited mobility) and they took the time to work out what they were! I never felt rushed. We picked the trike up and it was all set up before we took away, they even helped us load in the car. Thank you Jorvik team
