Ordered a Brinkhaus morpheus cotton mattress pad. Clearly said on website delivery would be 3 weeks. Was a good price. It came within this timescale. Excellent packing and courier service. The mattress pad is gorgeous. So soft and also washable.

Very pleased with order, ordered and arrived quickly, good and safe delivery service. Packaged well, no concerns, will recommend and use again. Thank you.

We recently visited the Worthing store and we were disappointed in the way we were constantly bugged by the salesman even after we stated we just wanted to have a look around. We had our two young children there who we were managing whilst trying out the beds as best we could. One really important thing to mention is that there is a hidden set of stairs (just for staff) that my two-year-old went towards and luckily did not try to go down. I did call the company to provide feedback regarding the approach and this Health and Safety issue and I requested a call/email back to discuss but no one has responded/got back to me. I know they want to be seen as premium but customers with children can purchase premium products too, and they didn't seem as well-equipped for this. I appreciate they want to make a sale but I do feel that a salesperson should tailor their approach according to the customer and their needs.

Excellent service. Ordered late Sunday night, dispatched Monday via Parcelforce, arrived Tuesday - can't do better than that! Very competitive pricing compared to the same item at major retailers. Very happy to recommend.

Had some excellent advice today from Adam at the Worthing branch of Jones and Tomlin. Very knowledgeable and helpful. Would've been a five star review if they didn't use Parcelforce to send out their deliveries. I recently ordered a Vispring mattress pad from J and T and rushed home today for delivery but then received a message saying it had been returned to the Depot at 3:30 pm. No attempt to deliver, no card left. Not sure if I'm never going to receive this from our past experience with Parcelforce.

I ordered bed linen which their website said they had in stock. I received an email acknowledgement and even a tracking number. I waited in for the stuff to arrive and then I received an email saying actually they didn't have it in stock. They've still debited my account and I'm awaiting a refund.

Can't fault my experience with this company. Ordered a designer cushion which was the cheapest I could find it on the market and delivery was free, unlike many other companies charging around £5. I got an immediate confirmation email after ordering, another email the following day to say it had been dispatched and it arrived today, via Parcelforce, 2 days after I placed the order. Great service, thanks!

I ordered a replacement double bed from Horsham Bedding Centre similar to the excellent one I had bought there previously.
Instead of delivering another 4ft 6inches double bed they delivered to me a strange 4ft bed missing 6inches.
I cannot get sheets, duvets or an electric blanket in this peculiar four foot wide only size.
The Salesman was Lewis and he charged me one thousand seven hundred pounds.

Bought a latex pillow online because I have Agoraphobia and cannot go out.
I have cervical spondylitis.
Unfortunately I opened the seal to feel pillow.Not suitable so returned.No refund rude and intimidating man call Lewis.How can you tell if pillow is damaged if you cannot take it out of box.(Which was already damaged.)
Would not recommend this Company to anyone.The pillow was £89.Horrible staff had to send back a previous pillow because I was told it would be the right pillow for my neck.He pointed this out to me on the telephone and via e.mail.If they tell you that something is right for you think three times.They push things onto you then will not accept returns.Claim Hygiene even told me to go around stores and ask the the policy they use.Knowing my condition doesn't allow this I was mortified.
Read the bad reviews because those ones are the real view's of this awful company and staff.Trading standards are apparently keeping an eye on this firm.I am not in the habit of returning items normally.If I have had to in the past I was met with respect and courtesy.They must be on commission.Do not buy online.

BUYERS BEWARE!!! I made a purchase today 14/09/23 for a mattress but before I placed the order I called Jones and Tomlin to confirm that there would be no charge for the removal of the old mattress and was told that when I enter my postcode it would state if there was a charge, I filled the form and no extra charge was added and I made full payment, after 2 hours I receive a call and was told that there was a blip on there system website and I was asked to pay a further £50 I asked for the order to be cancelled and to refund me my money, I will never buy from the company again.

I have always bought my double beds at Horsham Bedding Centre and have always found them to be excellent.
In July 2021 I ordered another double bed from them similar to the one they had sold me last time.
The salesman said his name was Lewis and I paid him £1,700.
In September 2021 my old four foot six inches double bed was taken away.
In its place they delivered a bed only four foot wide for which I cannot get sheets, quilts or a fitted electric blanket.

Easy to order.
Free postage.
Kept informed of delivery which was a couple of days.
Brilliant service.

I purchased a Hypnos mattress through Jones & Tomlin with advice received at their Horsham store.
The mattress started to sag and became uncomfortable to sleep on after about 3 years which on looking at the Hypnos reviews is not uncommon.
Jones & Tomlin fobbed me off with arranging a 'sag test' on the mattress which was very basic and of little scientific value - they then confirmed the mattress was within acceptable limits.

The mattress had a 10 year guarantee and lasted only 3 years.

Jones & Tomlin offered me a 20% discount on a new mattress - I wondered why offer this discount if there was no problems with the mattress.

I have since sent the Hypnos mattress to the tip and purchase another make of mattress suffice to say not through Jones & Tomlin.

Bosham august 21 . My wife and I went here to view mattresses and get some advise . Was in there looking for 10 mins with no interaction from the 2 middle aged males . Got the felling we wasn’t welcome at all with other customers coming in after us getting much better treatment . Took our money elsewhere.

Bed set was as competetively priced as anywhere else, ordered two, and was available for immediate despatch. We made an error and wanted to swop one, processed within days, replacement received in less than a week with the excellant help from Lewis Evans.
Jones and Tomlin is, unfortunately, a rare breed in todays trading.
Definately in my top ten of retailers/suppliers.

Wow! Ordered yesterday and my pillows has arrived this morning. Such a great price and great service! I’ll shop again soon .
