NEVER received the product ordered and they would not issue a refund. In other words, they were quick to charge my credit card with the order and have yet to return my money THREE month later! The true rating be a MINUS $127.93.

I made one order with 5 jars os health powder for my dog. 2 weeks later I received a second package of 5 jars!! I tried to contact them by email but never got a response. I want to return these 5 jars as they charged me twice over $100.00 and I didn't order the second shipment. Id say this is a scam.. Don't use the name KEN JUST for anyghing!!! or JOLLY.

I ordered four of the hydrangeas. It would take all four to make a bouquet the size of the one advertised. Quality was good, but ad was very misleading.

These flowers are so fake and cheap and look absolutely nothing like advertised.
All broken and flat packed and extremely difficult to deal with. Taking absolutely no responsibility. Would have cost them $2 and selling them for $150. Disgraceful.

Took my money - never delivered. Their website indicated they did, but nothing received and have not refunded my $$. DO NOT order from them

Scam - supposed to receive a large faux potted hydrangea plant. My and sister didn’t communicate with each other and both ended up purchasing for my birthday, and both packages were a scam. The package that came to my house at least had fuller looking hydrangea STEMS, not worth $60, not what was advertised, and also not the right color. The package that my mom had sent directly to her house had extremely sad and falling apart, hydrangea heads but no stems. I’m not sure how they are able to list their fake reviews and if they have stolen the review photos from another supplier, but it is a complete scam. I wish I would have dug deeper.

Deceptive advertising!! DON’T waste your money! They sent me 4 artificial stems at $19.99 for 4! Extremely deceptive from the ad they ran. I could have bought them in the Dollar store for $1.00. If I can attach a photo I will!
Everyone who was SCAMMED should contact the state Attorney General’s offices.

Like all of the other buyers. I received a sad plastic sack with stems stuffed in it. Many of the petals had fallen off. Complete scam.

I ordered “2 orders” of their hydrangeas, that said they came in a ten piece set. It took forever & I finally got a package from Ken Just in Bedford Park, Illinois with literally 8 small stems in a package, with the flowers falling off.

Complete sham and terrible service

Do not buy anything from this company. The products are completely misleading. What is described as a potted plant that you can drop in your outdoor planter come as skinny little branches. Completely useless. When I contact them to get a refund I was given the complete run around
I would rate it lower if I could.

This company is a complete scam. I wish I could alert Instagram. What a misleading company. Like the other reviews I ordered from them June 14. Two beautiful hydrangeas hanging baskets. On July 10 I received an unusual envelope from Chino California with a few stems and blossoms falling off. Literally a dollar store would have been better quality. I am reporting fraud to my bank.

If I could give this lower than a 1 I would. I ordered 8 pack of hydrangeas which I expected to come in 2 bunches. The pictures were deceiving since it looked like that would fill an average size flower pot. My order was $39 plus shipping. It took 6-8 weeks to arrive. What so received looked like something from the Dollar Store, hardly worth even $10.

Misleading product descriptions and no resolution with customer service or refund options. Waste of money and this company should be shut down.

The flowers were absolutely nothing even remotely like in the ad. They did not come in a box and bush out as in the ad there were a few flat stems that came in a mailing bag. Total disappointment.

I waited for 3 weeks for the flowers. They arrived and they are on sticks not in pots and are horrible. $97.00, I need the information for returns please.

Rip off! I ordered what I thought were two hydrangea plants. What i received 20 days later coming from China were 8 hydrangea branches that I could've bought myself from Michaels for much cheaper. They are a misleading company that doesnt care about operating an legit business. To be honest im surprised I got anything.

THIS IS A SCAM!!!! The products are nothing like those shown. If you request a return/refund the return cost is astronomical. Very disappointed!!

I ordered 3 hanging baskets with dangling fake flowers. There was no basket and it was thick straight bunches sent with flowers falling off it and certainly was not dangling flowers. I have no need for them and wanted to send it back since they didn't own up to their advertisement and the ad also says if not satisfied 100% refund. Well they first offered 20% refund and then 40% and I insisted they take them back and send a shipping label so I can return them for 100% refund. They are refusing and insist I pay the shipping with a tracking # which then cost over $100 CAD to ship much more than the order is worth. They still will not budge. I think this is their scam. Advertise something nice, people order, it isn't what the customer likes or thought it was and they only offer a small partial refund. They then make money off garbage items they are trying to get rid of. Huge scam do no purchase from them. I am still fighting with them for my refund and to take it back. The bag full of ugly bunches are useless to me and i don't want to throw them out in the landfill. They are scammers and very poor customer service

I ordered three swimsuits all in the same size, but they all fit differently and none of them fit. Which I kind of understand because they were cheap to begin with so I wasn’t surprised they didn’t fit, I went to return them and follow their instructions I contacted customer service. Their reply to my email was from a customer service rep named “Amy” who told me, in terrible English, I would have to pay for return shipping but it would be a waste of my time and money to return the items so why didn’t I just try to sell them myself online and she would give me 30% off my next purchase. I insisted that I want to return it, and asked twice what is the return address and have not heard back. I’ve never seen such bad customer service clearly they have a chatbot for customer service. Do not buy from them!
