The staff in Sevenoaks cannot be more…
The staff in Sevenoaks cannot be more helpfull and friendly. I do not have a local branch so tend to pop in here when I am in the area, The only problem with this is I often buy more than planned as there's nothing as cute as seeing all the beautiful baby clothes and accessories in real life. I know buying online is the thing but I would not of bought the beautiful book and cute top along with the gift voucher that I'd gone in for.

Had an absolutely wonderful experience at the Stroud branch today! I'll be honest — I was feeling a little nervous stepping in, but Lindsay completely transformed my visit and I couldn't be more grateful!
From the moment she welcomed me, Lindsay went above and beyond — patiently explaining everything and personally helping me. She is an absolute credit to the team! And loved the stunning Easter displays!

We always love coming to the Balham store. The Customer service assistants are so friendly and knowledgeable, greet us with a smile and make a fuss of the children. There was a slight error with one of my orders which was delivered on a Sunday. They replied instantly on Whats App, arranged a courier to collect the wrong order the following day and delivered the correct item. No hassle just really fantastic customer service. The item I bought was really nice too. Can't rate them highly enough
