I was struggling with energy, constantly feeling groggy like I had man flu but I didn't. The Drs put me on anti depressants but I wasn't depressed I was just shattered and struggling to motivate myself to get through the day. I've now been on my TRT journey for 7 weeks and the change has been incredible almost life changing. My wife can't believe the difference, she said it's like having her 22 year old husband back. I can honestly say for us it's been amazing up to know and I'm looking forward to seeing just how good I can feel moving forward withy journey.

I have just started with voy and it’s so disappointing I fort it look really good and positive to start with it’s been nothing but wrong information given they didn’t even take the time to know my name called me Emma didn’t know about my treatment plan got that wrong was given wrong information at every turn no consistency at all

Swapped to Voy after using the NHS for a year.
Fast friendly responses to any enquires, and they always seem happy to help and deal with any issues.

There is great support from the beginning of this journey, both human and AI.

I’ve only just agreed a resolution with Voy over previous service failings, and already their system is wrong again and treatment is being withheld because of it.

I’m around 10 months into my treatment plan and placed my usual order. I received the normal confirmation email, with no warning that there was any issue. After a couple of days with no dispatch, I contacted Voy myself and was told they wouldn’t send my treatment because I had an “overdue blood test”.

The problem is, I completed a venous blood test around five weeks ago. The overdue test warning has actually been stuck on my account since the merge with Manual, and I’ve previously been told to ignore it. I’ve had two venous blood tests since then, yet the warning is still there.

There was no advance warning that treatment would be withheld, no follow-up email to say the order had been stopped, and no attempt to contact me. I only found out because I chased them.

I’m now close to running out of treatment because Voy’s system is incorrect, while customer service/clinical staff seem more interested in defending what the system says than looking at the actual history on my account.

After everything that has already happened, this has seriously damaged my confidence in Voy. I’m now actively considering moving to another provider because managing ongoing treatment should not involve repeatedly chasing basic administrative failures.

I was unable to lose any weight due to being menopausal. I felt unhappy with my self. I have managed to lose more than my target weight. My self esteem is really good and feel confident in myself again.
