I honestly believe Honey is a scam.

They advertise cash back in points, but always reject them for a variety of reasons "honey wasn't enabled" but was enabled.. "comepting points" like what?

They have an excuse and never honour their program.

Good luck on getting any promotional offers. I literally was on the zoro website with a big banner as I signed in with a big discount on plumbing supplies. When I checked out, I let Honey try to find the best discount as usual, and low and behold there was no promotions offered. I copied and pasted the offer and it worked. I think they have sucked all my money out of my cash back. It has been 2 years of ordering thousands of dollars and have not received a penny. I am sure they were reaping in the cash, however. I called several times to find out why it showed I was pending rewards but received nothing. Does any one have a better promo site? Thanks

Just wanting to use earned coins to get Voucher for it 10€.
5 attempts with different Vouchers were all coming back after 1-3 days with we are sorry but there is a problem - no solution no alternative. I could think this is on purpose as the coins will soon expire and might tell me that i haven't used them till then. A scam !

Honey pretends to show you the best discount code, but it lets companies pay to hide higher discount codes to only show lower discount ones.

Honey also replaces the cookies of your browser, so you do not get cashback if going through referral sites/cash-back sites.

The taste is not good at all, it seems too thin.

scam! never gave me any working coupon, they say 8 coupons found but non are working. instead they suspiciously inject weird cookies on my browsers and alert urls to set themselves as affiliate and milk money from me whenever I purchase something.

99% zero savings + stealing money from influencers. Sacrificing all privacy rights for zero savings, literally, I have never saved a single dollar after years of use. Plus everytime you use it, Honey replaces any sponsor code made by a YouTuber, content creator, etc. so they never get paid or get credit for their work, and honey steals that credit for itself. There's a million videos about it, just search for Honey and you'll most likely find a ton, but if you realy want to know how bad Honey is, look up the Honey lawsuit and "Honey Scam" on YouTube.

Can't cash in Honey Gold. Have tried more than 10 times and contacted customer service numerous times. They have profited hugely from me using them for years and now they're ripping me off

I have used honey for over 6 years, I have nearly 12,000 gold but have never been able to redeem gold into vouchers.
I have reached out to customer services multiple times for over 2 years… I once had a reply asking for a purchase to be verified as that is what was stopping me being able to redeem but then have never received any contact back since. The chat function simply does not work and they are not responsive to emails, my last email was sent in December requesting help again however I still have not revised a response.
