Beware! I tried to return cheaply constructed clothing. Offered 50% to keep the items. I wanted a refund. Then 70%. I wanted a refund. Then 80%. Still wanted to send back the merchandise. Was told the return address was in China. What a scam in every way.
I received NO confirmation of the processing of my order after "thank you for your order". I even sent a message asking about this through their website. I received NO response. Thank goodness for PayPal. I filed a grievance with them and was refunded the money that Joaura had taken out of my account.
It's a slick looking website, with "upper middle class" aspirations. But they seem to just ignore their customers after they've gotten their money. UGH.
I bought 2 sweaters and want to return one. The sweater is perfectly fine, but the communication about the return has been beyond terrible. They first offered a gift card for $44., but the gift card didn't work and their only response was to say that it did work even after I sent a screen shot showing that the gift card was invalid. It only went downhill from there. After 4 REQUESTS, they finally sent me the street address for the return so I could consider the price for returning the item for a full refund. With this latest response from them, they have canceled the (non-working) gift card and made a "final" offer of a $22. After daily emails with the company for 13 days, I have opened a dispute with my credit card company. Soooooo frustrating!
The products were as advertised. I did not receive one item and I did not want to wait for a back-order. My funds were quickly credited back to my account.
Don’t use this company, item is nothing like the picture advertising it. I expected a wool knitted cardigan instead received a cheap and nasty fleecy type thing. The buttonholes are not cut properly either
Complete waste of money
So I bought an item almost a month ago, I checked in with the store to see what’s going on, only to be told its out of stock and replacement options didn’t include anything Christmassy!!!
I mean how stupid is that, Christmas only lasts over a certain part of the year, not ideal if you can’t have your order on time, otherwise why waste your money on these things.

BEWARE received clothes, cheap knockoff badly made, material stiff and hangs like a sack, stitching loose all over clothes, know receipt or statement in package as other reviews have stated, offer 30% refund instead of giving me a return address then stating l have to pay for product return, stay well clear from this company!
Extremely badly made product. The jacket collar was unfinished. Threads were hanging out of the raw edges. The material of the dress was so thin you could see your hand through it. It looked nothing like the picture on the website. NEVER buy from this company. You have been warned.
My order arrived and the 3 items I purchased are keepers (hence 2 stars). However, if I had wanted to return any, as the previous reviewer described, there is NO receipt or statement. I had to go back to my browser to find where I had purchased these items. I will NEVER order from Joaura again.
Beware. They advertise on social media- the items pictured are not like the items received. No receipt or order statement was included in the order- the return address label is a completely different company.
They say they offer refunds, but then try to persuade you to accept the poor products and receive 30% back or receive store credit.
No numbers are given and this clearly is an Asian company, most likely from China. You must pay and track your return, within 7 days you must send them the tracking information. It took several days for anyone to respond to my request for refund.
Very suspicious practices. I will dispute the charge if they do not send address to return items.
