I placed an order on January 12th for Valentines & Still don't have anything

I placed an order on January 12th. I emailed their customer service department for the last two weeks. Told them to cancel my order and give me a refund. They asked me to be patient and they can give me ten dollars back. I told them NO I got something else because I need it for Valentines Day! Early this morning they send me and email said they have shipped. I told you for the last week to cancel and refund my money because I don't need it. This company is the worst. I'm going to have to go to my back and dispute this charge and get my money back. I have all the email correspondence with this company. BUYER BEWARE DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. ITS been over a month and I nothing.

Don't buy

I don't know who this company is supposed to represent, but as far as them being helpful to the customer, they are not, my problem is that I got the wrong size of my ring (wedding ring). I was trying to return it to get the correct size and I was talking to Ivy one of the representatives, and all of a sudden she stopped communicating. I even offered to pay postage. So please don't buy from this company Now am left trying to find another ring within a short period of time. So again please don't buy from this company

I ordered a ring set on the 21st…

I ordered a ring set on the 21st January 2025 and paid £15 extra for quicker delivery. I’ve still not received it. Been emailing the company and all the keep saying is “please give us a bit longer” unbelievable and shocking service. I asked for a refund and the sent me a great paragraph about the terms and conditions that after so many days you can’t cancel without loosing your money. What is going on? Why are these people still aloud to trade?

Je suis contente !

J’avais peur de m’être fait escroquer après l’achat (il n’y avait qu’un mail pour les joindre…). Finalement je suis super contente. Ma bague est arrivée dans les temps dans un très bel emballage. Elle est encore plus belle et détaillée que ce que j’avais vu sur les photos!

Absolute Katastrophe

Ich bin schockiert, dass so eine Website von Klarna unterstützt wird. Bestellung in einem Wert von über 600€ getätigt. Express Versand in Höhe von 25 € gewählt, der 2-4 Tage dauern soll. 10 Tage später noch immer keine Versandtbestätigung. Kundenservice antwortet tagelang nicht. Nach Beschwerde bei Klarna endlich eine Antwort. Angeblich wird der Schmuck extra nach Bestellung angefertigt. Versuch die Bestellung zu stornieren. Stornierungsbedingungen 50% vom Kaufpreis, obwohl auf der Webseite mit 60 Tage Rückgabe geworben wird. Sowas gehört in Europa verboten! Potentielle Kunden werden auf der Website vorsätzlich in die irre geführt.

Never received the ring

Never received the ring (the parcel was empty) got in contact with them, royal mail sealed the parcel in there plastic and said they received it with nothing in. Got in contact with them wanting full refund in a fight about this now. They offered 60% not full refund, so no ring and they will not budge, so do not use them, why do I only get 60% refund when it is there courier that is at fault.!!!!!!!!!

Don’t waste your time and hard earned money on this company. Ordered a ring 11/29/24, have been in contact with them three times, none of which they have replied to, and it is now 1/1/25. This was supposed to be a Christmas gift, and was supposed to arrive before Christmas. I am entirely disappointed by this entire experience. Save your energy and just go to a jeweler.

I’ve purchased a ring from this company the video first off shows beautiful sparkling diamonds stunning looking, until u receive the ring, the diamonds are white looking not sparkling, I ordered a size 5 cuz my fingers are a 4 1/2 well the size 5 is way to small, they will not accept an exchange or refund! DO NOT BUY FROM THIS FRAUDULENT company, my lawyer is looking into now! I promise you will be pissed off with there items, I would rate them a minus 0

there is an absolute scam going on here. all answers come AI-controlled at 4 o'clock in the night. i booked expressversnad for 25,--€ and for 2 weeks now i get the answer every day that i should give another 7 days. no communication possible because every letter gets the same answer. STAY AWAY FROM THESE SCAMMERS

Nach 3 Wochen noch keine Rückmeldung erhalten.
Bestellung storniert aber nur die hälfte des Kaufpreises erstattet bekommen. Glaube die Seite ist Betrug!

Ring is beautiful even tho it bended after 5 months of use.(that may be my fault)
The company on the other hand gives you no answer whenever you have a question. No reply to e-mails or anything.
I would say keep your money and go to a normal jewellery shop..

Ordered the couple rings for our…

Ordered the couple rings for our wedding. On the receipt it is recommended time frame of 8-12 business days. The time has passed and the tracking still says in preparation. I message them through facebook to be told to wait 15-23 days which is a lie as my receipt says 8-12 and stated on their website it also says that. I have been contacting them for a while they asked if i would wait a few more days i agreed and asked for a time frame but they did not answer my question. I have now contacted multiple times to cancel my order and i am being ignored.
I am seriously not happy , i would not bother ordering from this company. Ordered on the 26/10/2024 and been contacting since the 04/11/2024 i have waited the 8-12 days as it says on the receipt but still the tracking has not changed. Now having to fight for my money back.

I ordered a ring and paid for expedited…

I ordered a ring and paid for expedited shipping to the US (4-6) days. The item was supposedly shipped on 10/30 and it is now 11/7 = 9 days. I've requested a refund of the expedited shipping cost as the timeframe is clearly within the "free shipping" timeframe. Two days ago tracking noted the item left their Illinois facility to be received by the USPS. The post office hasn't received it yet. Were they driving it to the NY post office? I'll take the blame for not realizing this is a company in China, had I known I would not have ordered.
