Unfortunately I can’t give 0 stars. I ordered a necklace in November 2024 which, when it arrived was clearly not emerald as it was described on the website. Tried to return, at my additional expense, to the address given by them, only to have my parcel returned months later, in May 2025, “not found at this address”. They will not give a refund until they receive the item back. Later, found the same necklace online with another retailer for £15, delivered, rather than the £75+ I am out of pocket!

Terrible Company

Like a lot of others, if I could leave a 0 I would. I wish we would have read reviews before ordering. My wedding set was ordered May 7th and I still haven't received it as of May 27th and it shows there was a delay in customs for almost a week now. Delivery was supposed to be in 9 days and nothing. I have disputed this with my credit card company. What a waste of time.

Do not buy from this company - AVOID!!

Do not buy from this company- they do not accept returns or refunds. They do not answer messages. I am now stuck paying for a ring that is too big and is actually ugly so I will never wear it. It's still in packaging it arrived in but they just keep stating they do not accept returns for wrong size. They got me to send photos proving the ring is in original condition but now just keep stating they do not accept returns for customised items - its not customised at all.
Avoid this company!!

I ordered my wife a ring from joance on…

I ordered my wife a ring from joance on April 29th 2025. I even paid extra for expedited shipping. The ring still hasn't shown up, so I filed a dispute, then they wanted to email me back. My dispute was denied somehow. Even after I showed evidence that they never shipped out the ring, even if you go to my account on their page, it says I have no orders. How does that happen. They sent some bogus tracking number to my dispute showing that something was delivered to California. We live in North Carolina. Over 3500 miles away. Do not waste your time with this company. I'm contacting the BBB and a lawyer.

I was sceptical because of these…

I was sceptical because of these reviews. I ordered in April, got my ring 3 weeks later. I ordered from them as they are the only ones that have my ring size which is quite large for a female due to my water retention. It fits perfectly. The tracking was a bit confusing because it was limited and I got nervous. I would definitely order again. My rings are heavy and look amazing.

I wouldn't even give them one star ordered a set of rings middle of march still not got them put review on hear sometime this month lol g and behold I get a response se saying please supply order no so we can look into this send what they asked for yes you ha e guessed it no reply if you have money to give away donate it to charity don't give this company a penny raised dispute with payment they had the cheek to say goods dispatched on 22/03/25 received31/03/25 yet on 28/03/25 they send email to me saying goods will be dispatched in 7 days 31/03/2/ they reply to another email saying cancel dispute 03//04/25 they responded to a other email say cancel your dispute then the rings will be shipped avoid this company at all cost

This is the worst company

This is the worst company! I ordered a ring a few weeks back and did not receive a confirmation until it was shipped. The tracking number never worked. I finally got the ring and it was taped up like someone opened it and sealed it again. The order said I would get a free gift but nothing else came with the ring except a cleaning cloth. I reached out to them through email to inquire on how to return because the ring does not fit. It took a week and another email to them to get a response only for them to say there is no refunds on discounted items but they can give me a 35% off coupon. What the heck is that supposed to do when I can't fit the ring. I told my soon to be son in law to order from here and thank goodness he has not. I would never recommend this company to anyone even if they are on a budget. I would recommend the pawn shop or Walmart.

They Made good on Their Promise!

As of today I can truly say that Joancee made good on their promise. I finally received my wedding band. I absolutely love my wedding set that my husband and I purchased from them. It’s beautiful 😻. In the beginning we experienced some issues but with patience, they made good on everything. I would shop again for good quality jewelry, good customer service, reliability and accountability. Thank you for making sure, as the customer, I was taken care of. I appreciate it.

This is the worse company ever

This is the worse company ever. Do not buy anything from them. They do not accept exchange or refund. Their size are not exactly as UK size, these are probably Chinese company with small finger. The ring look nothing like in pictures you see online, they are yellowish look nothing gold.
Pure waste of time don’t get fooled by anything you see on their website or the reply they will say to this review, is just to make people thing they are trying to investigate it or look into the order. All lies, please about at all cost, just go to your high street store and pay more for items you see physical. Avoid these chines fake conpanies

Looking like Scam

I’m a practicing lawyer and everything I’ve read is very disconcerting and illegal in everyway. I recently purchased a ring for my mother about three days ago I was charged for it never got a confirmation email to my business email which the order was placed with (jbarkley1222@gmail).when I look up the order number and email it says there is an error from the reviews I’ve read sound like this is a complete scam of a website and I have no way to cancel my order and get my money back because I CANT FIND MY ORDER from the number given after all my attempts to contact the company have failed. Low Quality Gem Stones

Ordered a Sapphire ring to match my sapphire earrings that I had ordered from a different company. I did receive a nice sterling silver ring from Joancee with polishing cloth and arrived in a nice package. Unfortunately the colour of the gem is not right. It actually looks like the March birthstone not a sapphire. Likely not worth the cost of shipping to return the ring. Despite an offered discount on a future purchase; I will not take a chance that I would even like any other jewellery on the website.

Rings

I order from Joancee quite often cause their jewelry is just beautiful. I have contacted customer service because it can take a while for your order to come, but whenever I’ve talked to them they are so friendly and very helpful. It’s worth the wait cause each piece of jewelry takes time to make. I am so satisfied with my orders that’s why I keep going back. I highly recommend this store to shop from cause if you like jewelry like I do, you won’t be disappointed by ordering from Joancee.

Stolen item, tried to not refund me

Ordered an engagement ring to propose to my partner 1. It was really late 2. The item was stolen before it arrived 3. Trying to negotiate with a refund and offer me 60% then 80% until I sent them their own policy for refunds then saying they are finding it hard to help me I would never ever recommend this company to anyone I wouldn’t even put one star but I had to

The size guide is wrong

The size guide is wrong! The engraving is not worth it at all! You can buy much better and stainless steel with way better customer service and lower prices any where but here! They also have a return policy that doesn't allow any returns at all! They are scamming you out of alot of money for a very very cheap ring!
